The hotel is supergood with great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, specially Sebastian. The hotel offers tea and coffe free of charge.

During check in personel recommended us the restaurant next to the hotel (on the right from the entrance) with 10% discount and the best kitchen. But unfortunately we didnt get any discount (personel told us that prices are small enough. Actualy these werent) and food wasnt good at all. We had different food (grilled octopus, octopus tacos, burgers and tacos). Its not about the hotel but hotels recomendation.

The location of the property is great. Right next to some good restaurants and bars and the beach is around the corner. Overall good value for money. The staff like Sebastian at the reception is very kind and helpful.

The room is rather small. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but it rained for a couple of days while we were there and we had to stay inside most of the time. There could be better shared facilities for these cases, instead, the shared space at the hotel was uncovered, so useless under the rain. There is an annoying 5% fee when paying with card which we didn't have in the other properties we visited in the Yucatan peninsula.

Hotel has very nice location near the beach and city center. Room was really clean and the owners are super friendly and helpful. I highly reccomend it for staying in Holbox.

It can be noisy as street is nearby. It did not disturb me, but if you have trouble sleeping you should take earplugs.

The rooms are great! Bed are comfy, hot water and smart TV. Air conditioner works great.

The noise, the walls are thin. You could hear music from the nearby bar. The best night was when it rained, the quietest night there. If you can sleep with the TV on a bit loud you'll be ok.

I really loved our stay at this hotel. It’s like a little cute Village with apartments out of wood. Every has a own veranda or balcony with chairs and a table where you can have your breakfast. They serve coffee and tea in the morning. Furthermore there is a cuuuute coffee shop right in front (Tierra Mia) where you can get excellent waffles and smoothies the whole day long. The hotel is located in a side street right next to the park that’s in the middle of the town, but not directly on the street but like a little cute way inside. There’s a common garden with colourful benches and a big table. Around that garden there are the houses with the apartments (about only 8 apartments). So the atmosphere is very familiar and the service is super friendly. Unfortunately the walls aren‘t as thick (as they are out of wood), so you hear when your neighbour is stepping the stairs or watching TV quite loudly. The beautiful beach is right around the corner I would definitely choose that apartment again :)

Just the noise for one night

Staff not nice: we planned to pay by card (as stated on Booking) but the machine was not working. The guy pushed us a lot to pay by cash which we did not have and we had to insist multiple times to check if the card could work again. At the end it worked but definitely not a nice situation.

Excellent location!!!! I booked for one night and ended up staying for three!!!! Room #10 has a great balcony!!!! Monica and Sebastian (at reception) are friendly and helpful.

Weak wifi in room #10. The hot water for free tea/ coffee is not hot enough to make tea.

Noise of town… but you know this due to the excellent location for access to all facilities, so take ear plugs, and it’s the perfect place

Great location, 10 mins walk from the ferry, 3 minutes from the beach. Overall the location is great! Clean rooms and very nice staff, good communication in English. OK to pay by card.

Can get a bit noisy - nothing that earplugs would not fix. Price for the central location and wooden huts :) it would be nice to have more cupboards or tables in the room.
