I think it’s a good value for money - the location is great, close to the beach and the ferry, as well as, street food vendors. The place is dated, but it’s cute and the room was good. The bed was comfortable and you have a table and chairs outside of your room as well.

the shower needs work. They were redoing one of the rooms next to mine and so it was very noisy. if you are a light sleeper you will hear the music that comes from outside, but that didnt bother me as I slept with ear plugs in.

the staff and housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. It was super clean every day

A lot of guests in the weekend partied loudly very late. Every body should be aloud to vacation how they wish but there should be a time when guests are expected to be quiet enough to be respectful of other guests that do not party. The guy next to us asked the partners respectful to be a little quieter and was told to f*** off. I think partying until 9:00 or 10:00 is acceptable, after that loud guests partying outside the room of other guests should be asked by the hotel to quiet down and go to their room or to take their party to an appropriate bar.

Super central hotel although aim for a room at the rear if you are noise sensitive! I am not particularly noise sensitive and as a solo traveller find the noise oddly comforting. My room had small balcony overlooking the square and people watching was most enjoyable, as well as watching the locals play football! One or two blocks to beach front and highly walkable from ferry (10 - 15mins).

Nice, affordable room. Very centrally located near the downtown square, but the rooms are somewhat tucked away off the road by a nice courtyard. I saw some reviews mentioning room cleanliness and the showers. For my girlfriend and I, the showers worked perfectly and the room was super clean(sure, the paint was chipped in a few places, but not being recently renovated is very different than unclean). Also to the person who gave this spot a bad review because the staff (aka the grandma who checked us in) didn't speak great English, seriously? You're in Mexico.

On Saturday we could hear some music from our room, but it didn't stop us from falling asleep

the location was great! right in the heart of downtown Holbox, walking distance to everything and a few blocks to the beach. there were also bikes available for rent that were very cheap. staff was kind and helpful.

it’s a relatively standard issue hotel- nothing extraordinary and a little outdated.

Location was great, you can get a bike ride to see the village, staff take care of our luggage after check out
