Great location, really nice room for the money and everything was super clean. Didn't really use the pool but nice to have to cool off at the end of the day.

The only negative was that my room backed onto a sports bar which played music until around 12.30am. Not overly loud but if you're an early sleeper or like to spend a lot of time in the room at night then it's not ideal.

The hotel is very central, close to the shops for grocery shopping, close to the main street, la plaza central and about 5 blocks/500m from the beach. The staff was very nice, the welcome very warm. We had a big bedroom, comfortable with a king size bed and a mosquito net to not be bitten. We had also a balcony, very nice to have a beer at night or our breakfast in the morning sun.

There were some works on the street because the island is on constant building of new hotels and shops so there was a bit of noise with a construction machine but not at night and not so early in the morning. It did not bother us but it's better to ask for a room further from the street for this beginning of 2024. The internet connection is a bit poor in spite of a router close to the bedroom, but that's also life on an island, it's the same everywhere! Great island to disconnect from life. Other than that nothing bad to say, the place is very cool with its swimming pool.

The hotel was in a great location near the center and the beach. The room was spacious and had the most comfy bed and pillows! Staff was super friendly and we loved the pool area and our own patio. We would highly recommend this place!

There was nothing to not like, but there could have been a better lightning in the bathroom and an opportunity to make your own coffee or tea. Also the bar next door is pretty loud - nothing the hotel can do about it but maybe have your earplugs with you :)

The location it is very convenient, downtown, close to restaurants and to the beach. Another important aspect is that it is close to the dock where the ferry from Chiquilá arrive, you can walk (it takes 10 minutes) or if you have a lot of luggage you can take a taxi. Gabi, at the hotel has the contacts. Gabi, in charge of the hotel, is the best, very kind and always available to help. She's a really good person.

It's not a hotel fault, but the water supply in Holbox is a problem as well as it is Internet; the signal is very poor.

Clean and simple stay. The room was bigger than the pics seemed. There are about 12 rooms surrendering a small pool with nice staff around during the day. I can reco if you plan to check out the town (only 5 min walk to centro and 8 min to beach) and just need a comfortable room to come back to.

The Wi-Fi did not reach the room. Nor will you get cell service anywhere so plan to disconnect.

The location is simply amazing. You can walk to the hotel from the pier. 40 steps away is the laundry, 70 steps away is the grocery store, and right in front of you is a little chicken spot. The beach is a 10 min walk and it's always nice to walk the the Holbox square. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

The room was spotless with a very big and comfortable bed. It was a great location only a couple minutes walk to the beach, ferry and main square. We loved our stay.

Toilet seat broke and was taken away without replacement. Didn’t bother us but lacked a little communication. Also didn’t tell us that sun cream in pool would damage our swimsuits. Had to throw one out but again wasn’t a big deal.

Really clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Refreshing pool. Great location! Close to main drag with the fancy restaurants and close to back street with cheaper family restaurants. Close to beach and port!

The pool closes kinda early so you can’t cool off when u come back from dinner / drinks. AC apparently has to stay at 23 Celsius which is 73.4 Fahrenheit which a bit warm for sleeping.

Perfectly located centrally but slightly out of the nighttime noise zone. Easy 5 minute walk from the ferry. Extremely clean with a beautiful pool. The lady at the front desk is friendly and very helpful. We were absolutely wowed but what a great value and how nice the property is.

Everything was great!

Everything was excellent. The room was huge and modern. The bathroom was large and the shower water was hot The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The manager was exceptionally personable.
