- Great location and BEAUTIFUL hotel, like a little oasis! - Walkable from the ferry (<10 min), 5 min walk to downtown square, 10 min walk to the beach to watch sunset - The staff was so kind and helpful! Called us taxis whenever we asked. - The pool was nice after being in the sun all morning. There’s also a spot to rinse off sand and salt for when you come back from the beach. - Room was bigger than we expected and had amazing AC, a fridge, microwave, and some dishes. Also had a tv with some apps. - Great, cheap food at Antojitos Norma a block away with a torta that we’re still thinking about and La Barracuda nearby has spectacular seafood - some of our favorite meals of our whole trip!! Zonnebloem was great for breakfast as well!

Toilet took a long time to refill after flushing but you can refill the tank on your own with sink water if you have a bottle.

This hotel is located in a central yet quiet area. Despite being fully booked, it maintained a calm atmosphere, and I didn't hear any noise from neighbors or the street. The cleanliness is impressive, and I found the room to be spacious with a very comfortable bed. It's just a 7-minute walk to the port and 5 minutes to the beach, with a fantastic restaurant right across the street. Everything you need is conveniently close by. I would recommend it 100%.

The lobby space could be enhanced to make it more welcoming and inviting.

We had such a beautiful time in la palma, and slept like babies! Very nice ambience in a jungle nest, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful with any questions. It was babyfriendly. A playground was within walking distance.

The streets outside are noisy and very dusty. Unfortunately the island doesnt keep the promise of ecofriendly tourism, with jeeps and loud party music everywhere in the centre. The location of the hotel was central, but the yard is quiet. We only missed food /and or drinkservice. It would be nice to enjoy the breakfast at the pool side.

The hotel was amazing, well located, very close to the beach, not too close to the Main Street. Very calm. We loved the room size, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool space is great if you want to enjoy some calm before going to the beach and an view of the raccoon’s life! We appreciated the bed that was very comfy and with the perfect size!

We liked all of it globally. I just wish the rooftop was a bit more renovated, as it’s a very nice spot to see the sunsets.

Great spot. Well located and at the same time, just far enough to be away from the noise of the party zone. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable Would go back there any day.

If I absolutely need to find something to improve on: maybe leave a little bit of dish soap and a dish towel to wash the dishes. But that’s it. Everything else was great. :)

Great location mid-way between the port, beach and Main Street. Comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the pool, nice chill area and enough shade. Friendly staff, very helpful and good morning coffee :) Plenty of restaurants around and a really good one right across the hotel (Africa)

The room could do with minor touches, e.g. shower rack, towel rack but honestly this is very minor. We loved our stay and would return!

Beautiful building and huge rooms. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything. Emmanuel gave us a warm welcome and check in. The whole staff provided us meaningful information and was always very responsive for questions that arose.

We had some minor problems with the toilet and the cutlery of the small additional kitchen needed cleaning before use. But this is nitpicky since the roof terrace and the small kitchen were already add-ons to our amazing experience.

Ahhhhh this is such a gem! Aesthetically, this place is quintessential Holbox, Facilities wise, it’s well equipped, super comfortable and big rooms! The staff were really helpful, friendly and extremely responsive in person and on message We had zero issues, slept very well, enjoyed the pool (and a pizza from next door!) and would 100% recommendation staying here!

Nice apartment and grounds. The staff were friendly and the pool was great for chilling around and cooling down if you didn’t fancy the beach. Generally clean and well maintained, representing good value for money.

- The foul smell from the septic tanks out the rear - the kitchenette was poorly equipped and could benefit from cleaning clothes and additional cutlery/plates/dishes etc

The property is very clean, spacious and quiet. Moreover, there are a lot of beautiful plants around and the location is great. Also the hotel offers nice activities to do around the island. And the staff is very welcoming and kind.

A few things on the rooftop might need some fixing, but that was no problem during our stay.
