Laura is absolutely wonderful, very welcoming and helpful! The room was great, bathroom was great, all the facilities in the room were also fab, smart tv, small fridge and a coffee machine, our favourite stay of our trip. If going to Holbox this is an amazing place to stay and we would highly recommend. If we come back to Holbox we will definitely stay here, it was such a treat for our backpacking journey. Perfect WiFi if needing to work also. Location is also perfect. Almost half way between the ferry port and beaches. Close to some really wonderful local restaurants and supermarkets. 2 atms within 3 min walk. Thank you so much, we had a fabulous time!

location was perfect - 5 minutes walking to the ferry 5 minutes walking to the beach close to a lot of great food but on a quiet side street so never any noise- which is a big problem at lots of the hotels in the area. The bathrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and they were very prompt with cleanings when requested and provided water and extra coffee for the coffee maker.

a mini fridge would be a nice addition

The manager was very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was large. The small pool was refreshing. I enjoyed the hammocks. The walk to the beach was not long. I appreciated the cold water dispenser.

I would have used a small refrigerator or safe in my room, but I did not ask. Maybe I only needed to request.

Nice cozy and clean room with AC. Very close to ferry and close to center. Good location if you want to be in the center without the noise!

The pool was emptied actually this backyard wasn’t even shown to me.

This hotel is very conveniently located and beautiful! the bed was huge and very comfortable, the room felt very luxurious - incredible value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I liked everything! if I had to say one thing (although I never actually visited the pool) it looks quite small - no problem as beach is very near!

Excellent hotel with large rooms right in the middle of Holbox. Great location and brilliant value for money. Couldn’t get much more on value.
