Very big bedroom and private bathroom. Basic but clean and nice. Hotel pool is great - unfortunately we didn’t have good weather so we couldn’t use the terrace and pool much but it is really nice. Staff are friendly. Smart TV in the room.

Probably too expensive for what you get. It’s a little bit far from the centre and the room is very basic. It would benefit from some lamps in the room. Also, the walls are very thin! You can hear the TV of next-door, as well as every person who speaks (and shouts!) in the corridor - we were woken from our sleep multiple times, even with earplugs in.

The staff were very nice and helpful. TV has netflix. The room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Housekeeping did a very good job keeping the floors clean from the sand and dust. It was a clean hotel with no bug issues and we were on the ground floor. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and main strip. The roof terrace is a nice place to chill by the pool.

The pool wasn't very clean one of the days but this was rectified. The rooms need some tlc. The fridge in the common area was dirty.

The room was very spacious and the bed was truly a king, which was great! We had a corner unit which made our balcony even more delightful. Out of 5 nights we only used the air conditioning the last night, thanks to the lovely balcony and being a corner unit. The pool was lovely, as was the rooftop patio space.

I believe the hotel needs to mention in booking's site that they don't provide pool towels. That was an annoyance to hear that upon arrival.

Good location. Good price value. Friendly staff. They offer nice tours at the reception. Close to everything. Safe.

The shower has no pressure, I missed a good shower after beach. Very loud neighbors - they allowed a family of 6 people in a small room of two. No proper blanket - they only provide a sheet cover. There is no foot tower in front of the shower. No fridge. Rooftop pool dirty.

It’s located very close to the main tiburon /ballena street, just Two blocks away and a 10 min walk to the beach so far enough to not hear a single sound at night. It’s very quiet and peaceful at night, I slept like a baby. The staff was super nice, the room was spacious and nice. The pillows and mattress were a little bit to firm for my taste but it didn’t disrupt my sleep

What a delight. Hotel Mayari was exactly what I was looking for. Great location, only a couple of blocks from everything, a great price and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and large, with a nice balcony. Clean, safe and secure. Good wifi, good AC.

Shower wasn’t the best, but we let them know during check out. Also, be aware to leave the windows close as a lot of dust comes from the street, which is not their fault, actually, they made great effort on trying to keep rooms and property clean. Could have a fridge as well.

Excellent location, in a quiet street, close to the ferry and the main street, and just a few blocks away from the beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooftop with a little swimming pool, great to refresh when it's very hot.

There's no lobby or a place to hang out other than the room or rooftop. Also, it good be great if they had coffee available the mornings and filtered water.

What you see is what you get! Spacious room, comfortable bed, AC is amazing, water always working, clean room, great room service, great price, Tv works great and has access to Netflix and Prime

Customer service is bad, the woman in reception is rude and not welcoming at all, my room did not get wifi signal and she said it’s because it’s the room in the corner and that I had to deal with it because that is how the hotel works and that in the Island there isn’t good internet, but I have stayed in the Island for 1 month and didn’t have internet problem in Che Hostel or the other hotels I stayed at. Her attitude was extremely rude even if it was not her fault she did not make me feel comfortable with her answer, did not even say the typical I APOLOGIZE. Hot water did not work well, the reception and hallway smelled like dog and urine, one night coming in the hotel there was dog poop in the corridor.
