The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and also the shower was clean and the pressure in the water was nice. We were staying also in a different hotel and there was not plenty of hot wate which wasnt the problem here. The pool was also clean and over all it was a bargain for the price. A lot of people here are saying that it was quite far from the city, but hey… you can see the map and the island is not big at all and you can walk. It was like 10 minutes from the city centre so it was quiet to sleep at. The host was very kind and have sent us all the info before the arrival and answered every single one of my questions.

We received everything what is included in offer so strongly 10/10 Many of people complain about location of apartment, to be honest… offer show where is apartment and in our case (not rainy season) we didn’t have any problems in this matter. We came to apartment on our feet. Area was calm and only located from center around 5 minutes away.

Beautiful apartments, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, staff were lovely.

Wi-Fi was inconsistent which was a shame as the island doesn’t have mobile data so you rely heavily on Wi-Fi. It would also have been great to have a few more kitchen facilities such as a chopping board as it’s great to have the kitchenette to use for breakfast.

the staff at the accommodation was very friendly and willing to help. the location was also great in my opinion since it was not in the center with the loud music and it was only about 10 minutes by foot to the center. the pool area was kept very clean and the room was also great. big beds and the room was quite big

the reaction time to requests was a little to slow. about 24h or more. the towels in our room had stains which was not good at all. room service did not include the change of towels no room service on sunday

The place was amazing, 6 rooms only, so privacy and quite place was guaranteed. Place is located out of noisy streets but 5 minutes on bike and you are in heart of Holbox. Respond on whats up was fast, and guy Jose available at the place was always helpfull and smiley. Pool was bit cold. Room looks like exactly as on pictures, glad they dont cheat by pics ❤️ and Exterior looks even better then on pics.

Shower literally droped water, doesnt worked as it should be, maybe because its island …

the room was beautiful and area quiet but easy to get around to places. the host was very helpful with suggestions and a taxi number. close to Zomay beach for sunset and lovely restaurants/ bars

a lit bit far from the center and the beach. 10 min to beach and 15 to the center. But the closer beach is nice!

beautiful spacious room with huge comfortable bed, lovely sheets, plenty of towels, small kitchen with the essentials

Only downsides were the big puddle out the front which I think is permanent but doesn’t smell or cause an obstruction. a few hammocks by the pool would be lovely
