Nice, helpful staff. They don't speak much English but were patient with me as I learned Spanish. The pool was nice and clean. The location was very good for me. I could launch my kayak easily from the marina beach. Sunrises were lovely. There IS noise from the ferry, but it never woke me up or kept me up.

The road into the hotel was flooded a lot. It floods during rains and at high tide during full and new moons. I could not wheel by big luggage in/out from the ferry and had some difficulty getting in and out of town for meals/shopping. Feral cats roam the decks and mess with your shoes and other stuff. Internet was terrible. Fishing was lousy and my kayaking was restricted by extreme boat traffic.

It is really nice, huge windows, simple design. The taxi service station is nearby and there are usually a few taxis there that can lift you around the island. The cost is around 300MXN to go to Cocos Beach for example.

The night I stayed (thursday) there was a noisy group of people nearby having some beers with music until late night. I couldn't sleep. Also some dogs barking in the morning, but not too much. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre, in Holbox it's a bit stressing to move walking because of the ponds that form in the streets. However I didn't need a torch to return there at night as there are lights and only had to workaround 2 ponds in the whole path.

Location - even though at the marina, it was about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach on the other side of the island (which was completely ok but as it rained on the day of my arrival, the street to the hotel was for all 5 days pretty much under water)

Well furnished and spacious room with a sea/boat style. Very clean and also gives the option to have daily room service, if required. Nice swimming pool.

Not the most central location, in an area that seems under development, around 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

The staff was very accommodating regarding my late check-in. The location was convenient, near the port. The rooms were clean, and the amenities were good.

The room looks great, but the white floor gets a little sandy since we're at the beach.

Receptionists were so attentive and helped us book tours and excursions including bike rental. Main restaurants were located close in proximity, like 5/10 minutes walk.

The bed is one of the most confortable I had in my life. The view from the first room at the top flore is amazing for sunrise. Staff is very nice

Location is far out of town (15 min walk) right next to the port so can be v noisey at times

- the room was pretty - there is a fridge - we could get hot water - short walk from ferry - staff was lovely

- you hear all noises from the ferry
