I loved the attention to detail and the decor was great. It felt loved and looked after. It was very clean and very comfortable and perfect location. Easy to get to from the Ferry. They just need to put a sign outside to say Krak - In as I walked straight passed it…..there is a shop almost next door for drinks and snacks.

Unfortunately all of Holbox is a construction site at the moment. People in previous posts have spoken about the noise. We only noticed the outside noise on Saturday night from the nearby hostel, loud music and vehicles. People also put in their reviews about being able to hear everything from next door and upstairs, this is also very true. However we found it okay and stayed an extra night. It would have been nice to have a jug of water or some access to drinking water available.

Staff is amazing, room was small but beautiful and air conditioning worked well. Location is right near the pier.

Easy to get to from the ferry, nice styling of the room. Nice large room, airconditioning.

Chaotic check-in, phone number we were given for self check-in was for one of their other properties. Communication wasn't clear. Room was brand new, styling was nice, but it wasn't clean (dust from construction and wrapping of the furniture). A lot of noise in the street (music from the convenience store and construction next door). Overall dirty neighborhood and building surroundings. There is a TV, but no remote to be found.

The hotel seems to be quite new. The shower worked well. The aircon worked well and wasn't too noisy

There is no noise insulation due to the type of construction, we could hear a lot of what was happening outside. It's close to the ferry but far from anything interesting. You feel you're at the end of the island, wedged between the harbour and the industrial area. Nothing is too far by bike though.

Nice place, walking distance from most things, but a little bit out of the way. Close to the ferry however, which is a plus. Great views

Access to a kettle and other kitchen accessories would be nice.

Had what you needed from a hotel

The noise! We were on ground level and could hear every phone alarm, ATV driving by, and people going upstairs. Lack of staff so if you had any issues, they were hard to fix
