I wanted to extend my congratulations to Emmanuel, who was always a zen person despite my initial stress due to the travel. He was always helpful, understanding and provided solutions in an accurate and timely manner. The place is somehow on the outskirts of the island, but it has it advantages (away from noise, awesome mangroove to chill in the back, he pool on the rooftop with breathtaking views). I will suggest this place to any steady traveler that wants to remain calm, away from the bars and restaurants and probably make a little walking meditation towards the beach or restaurants / bars - A plus is that is close to the ferry dock! Thank you to all the staff, I shall return!

The internet went down for an outside reason not controllable for the hotel management - BUT, it turned out to be great as it forced us to be more outside!

The place was great, Emanuel and the staff were 💯 they even provided drinking water during our stay. The penthouse was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The place is a little bit of a distance from downtown but overall it was worth it. Super peaceful and the sunrises here, Wow!

Probably the distance from the town, other than that everything was great.

The bed was comfortable, the room was well lit, smelled nice and was nicely decorated. The terrace was beautiful with view of the forest. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The adjacent properties around the hotel are very dirty and not taken care off. The hotel is located on the back side of Holbox and the route to get there is very muddy and hard to access. So you must use a taxi to get there with the luggages. The tap in the bathroom was not working properly.

The bed was super comfortable, you could tell some effort had been put into the smaller details in the room. Roof top pool was really nice and refreshing. Staff we helpful and provided tips on what to do throughout our stay. Room cleaned everyday. Good wifi.

Shower wasn’t the most powerful but it’s an island with no roads so cannot complain. Location isn’t the greatest for the main beach, but still only 10/15 minute walk away.

Very comfortable place, the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, WiFi worked as expected (I was able to watch Netflix without disturbance which is not granted in Holbox). Amazing staff - Amar who was at the reception during my stay was super helpful and gave me great tips about the island. Great rooftop with jacuzzi.

The location is a bit of a challenge when the roads are wet - the distance is not a problem, but during wet seasons it's tricky (like everywhere in the island).

Excellent Hotel. Location is amazing. Price is very economical. Room Size and Cleanliness is top notch. Amr the host is an amazing person to deal with very helpfull and speaks many languages and really went out of his way to help us with booking a tour at an excellent rate. Thanks very much Amr for an amazing vacation.

Everything. The room was very nice even though it is decorated very clean. The room has a own porch. Furthermore there is a rooftop terrace with a small pool. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room every day. The location is not that central but therefor very quiet.

The mosquitoes, don’t forget a repellent

Our host Amr was in one word amazing. He was friendly from the beginning, has a lot of tips on things to do on the island and will help you to get things done. Need some food delivered to your room? Amr will help you with that! The room itself was clean, the rooftop terrace with pool is an amazing spot on hot days to chill. In our opinion, the hotel is located just perfectly. The street is quiet so you can have a good night's rest, and the pier where you arrive, the city centre, and the beach is just a couple of minutes of walking away. Other hotels on the beach itself are located further away from the center and thus further away from great restaurants to explore on the island.

There is nothing that I didn't like to be honest. Sometimes there was no running water, but I guess that's true for the whole island.

Amr, the manager was FABULOUS! He was really friendly and answered all our questions. We were traveling with our moms and had the penthouse apartment. We had two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony. There was also an airy living room, dining room and kitchen with lots of windows and huge balcony. There is a jacuzzi and a sitting area on the rooftop for relaxation. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. It was our very first visit to Holbox and he provided awesome recommendations for dining at Amaite and connected us with Estella, the best taxi driver on the island!

The staff and facilities were top notch for the price, they have drinking water downstairs so you don't need to buy water from the stores and a jacuzzi!

The location is 10 mins walk to the beach but as it's so hot it can feel longer, didn't hire a cycle which would have made my experience better though
