Really liked the room and the hotel. Also it was super calm and well located, close from the beach but not too much from the crowded streets

We loved our room at this hotel. It was minimally decorated and clean. The hotel had a foot washing area out front which was super helpful to prevent sand from coming into our space. The front desk person was very friendly! Breakfast here was very good- plenty of options for everyone. It’s a quick walk to the beach which we took almost every day on our way to the town centre.

The pool was super cold but I guess that’s the way all pools are on this side of Mexico! There was also some noise from the other guests- the walls must be thin. We used a sound machine at night which helped. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

Bright and cheery, smiling friendly professional staff, so many cozy relaxing areas to sit and cool off, read, play games or just do nothing. Feels like a family run villa, warm personal touches, excellent service, always someone available and the rooms are “clean”, sheets are like home, room freshened daily. Breakfast made in the property for a small fee…plenty of food. The hospitality is genuine, from the heart and well thought out for their guests best experience. Thank you all, I will return💕

Happily nothing.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of six in the 2 bedroom Family Apartment. There were plenty of beds and enough space for all. The air conditioning was a lovely bonus and having a fridge and microwave for our delicious leftovers from the island was nice to have. Housekeeping was awesome, we always came home to clean floors, our beds made, and always special extra attention and care (including our dishes being done!) We also enjoyed the rooftop hammocks and look forward to a return when the bar and pizza oven are open and in full swing.

The breakfast was very basic and the same each day. My husband and I have stayed in Holbox before and the breakfast we received was made to order. Here was buffet style. But, it gave us sustenance to enjoy our day on the island. The water pressure was iffy, but always hot.

A charming hotel, we loved our room- it had everything you would need, spacious and comfortable. We loved being awakened by the sound of the birds nearby! They had decorated our room upon arrival which was a fantastic touch. Gerson was really kind and helpful host and let us use their facilities to make tea. It's situated perfectly close to the beach and a local shop. We loved our stay and would happily return again. Thank you

The staff is great, always willing to help. The location was super clean. We had one of the apartments on the first floor and it was spacious and very comfortable. Maybe a bit dark, but not an issue at all. There is a water dispenser available at all times, which is extremely useful in this island. The shower was pretty good as well!

It was all perfect. The only thing I would say it was a pity is the fact that the swimming pool doesn’t get sunlight at all.

Great breakfast every morning, and the two bedroom suite was very spacious. Good location and lots of shade. The resident raccoons were adorable and the staff kindly made sure the kids got to see them at night.

A better orientation when we arrived-- how best to get to the beach and town, and recommendations for restaurants or other special spots would have been nice. In addition, when we arrived the pool was broken... and continued to be broken for a few days. I would have appreciated some kind of apology/recognition/recompense, as we have three young children.

Amazing place in Holbox! Just round the corner from the beach, 10min walk from main restaurants in the center. 45 minutes walk to Punta Coco (faster by bike :) ). Very spaciuos stylish and cosy room with a hammock, balcony with palm trees view. Super clean, hot water iwth nice pressure. They even offered a beach towel which was super nice. Also great breakfast for the price - big and super tasty. I would choose this place again.

Our room was spacious, extremely clean and beds were comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel, next to the beach, short distance from the center, yet in a quiet street. Thanks to a discount, the hotel very good value for the money.

The breakfeast is bad... fortunately you can easily find a lot of great options on Holbox and just skip the hotel's breakfeast. The kitchenette is badly equipped (one blunt knife, one scratched pan, one small pot). It's barely enough to cook something simple.

The staff were so lovely everyone we met was so helpful during our stay and went above and beyond! The room was great with comfortable beds and close to the quieter end of the beach. We didn’t cook but there were a couple pots/pans if you did, basic but I’m sure if you needed anything extra it would be fine to ask.

Was a bit further from the main busy area of holbox but not an issue as it’s a nice walk or short taxi if needed.
