Beautiful and tranquil setting. The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to a lot of things without being in the middle of everything (which is what we usually look for). The front porch was an added bonus. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

One small drawback was the lack of shade (umbrellas, palapas, etc) on their beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs in the sun and hammocks in the shade, but personally, I'm not a huge fan of hammocks. This, however, would not deter me from recommending Villas el Encanto.

I had a great stay at Villas El Encanto. The location was so perfect and convenient. It’s 1 minute away from the beach and 10 minutes from the center. They have their own beach beds & hammocks. Staff were very nice and helpful, especially Daniel. The bedroom was spacious. It’s the perfect beach chalet for a couple. Highly recommended.

The bed mattress and pillows could be more comfortable, but everything else was great.

Great spot to stay on Holbox. Away from the “city” and clubs noise (both at the hotel and on the beach), but yet easily accessible. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

If you’re looking for a place with a beach access that includes chairs, hammocks and shade it’s a great value for Holbox, considering how prices have sky rocketed in the past few years.

The property is very close to the beach. It is hard to find until you look up and see the overhead sign. Beach has some loungers, hammocks and some shade. Nice sandy beach. We stayed in one of the newer Cabañas

Lovely, clean accommodation 10 minutes walk from the main town. Had its own beach chairs and hammocks which we loved. Perfect place to be!

Beach, beach, beach. Its why you go to holbox. This was a gem affordable and beach front. The private beach area with hammocks and beds was awesome. There was a charge on using credit card which I wasnt aware of before arriving but was able to sort that out with the management team. The staff were helpful with directions and advice. The rooms were spacious and the Seaview awesome.

The shower was often cool which is expected on an island.

A great relaxing vibe in contrast to the resorts on the island, as close to the beach as you can get. Great apartments and outstanding service!

Nice room, walking distance to the center, and a beautiful view. We stayed in the 6p room which was nice :)

location is good. private beach area guests. the staff Ignacio Erik and Anthony were VERY nice !! very hospitable. It NOT fancy but very functional and what you would expect on a remote primitive island. Air Conditioner worked but no TV but we didn’t plan on watching tv anyway so no big deal for us. i was pleasantly surprised how nice it was and we may go back sometime

it’s not the resorts issue but the roads there are dirt and inundated with potholes so going and coming can be challenging for people with mobility issues
