One of the best hotels we have stayed in, everything went beyond expectations. The spicy Margherita at The Skybar is a must!! Only downside that we won’t reflect in the scoring, was they were undergoing work on the stairway to the skybar area. Personally believe guests should have been informed and this also should have stopped around 5/6pm so guests could enjoy the facilities of the bar in the evening - it went on quite late, so we avoided that area, which was a shame as it the staff were lovely, drinks were great and view was next to none.

Breakfast was amazing

I really think the staff needs to better be trained on speaking some English or a way to better communicate. Communication was very bad and so very difficult when ordering drinks. Staff was very nice and pleasant, but really need help on communication.

The hotel and villas are magnificent, beautifully decorated and clean. Perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet, the pool is sunny and the bar in the water is great for a cocktail. The staff are very friendly and the buffet meals are delicious. I totally recommend it.

The only negative point is the fact that there is seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel, but this is in fact in front of all the hotels. Just walk a little way to the beautiful Punta Mosquito beach and you're in paradise.

Beds were super comfortable. We loved our plunge pool and felt it was worth the cost. Breakfasts were very good and the resort was very clean. We would definitely come back.

Water lines had to be worked on two different nights. Not a big inconvenience. Lots of rain, sonthe entrance to our room near steps was ankle deep at times.

Beautiful property. Stayed with my partner end of Jan for a week...turns our the weather is super unpredictable when it's Holbox "winter" so it stormed and rained for 6/7 days pretty much. You can still enjoy the property, just a heads up that sunny weather with plenty of opportunities to see the bioluminescence are more in June, July, August!

Hotel room was clean and tidy had good air conditioning which was great as temperature was around 30-34 degrees most days. Good location close to the beach and offered good breakfast in the mornings.

The property despite how close it was didn’t have beach beds directly on the beach front so we ended up paying to use nearby hotels which did offer beach beds on the front. Traditional Mexican food wasn’t on offer in the evenings which we came for. so we opted to eat out in the evenings.

This property is beautiful! If you can get the room with the private pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The services was excellent, The location is a short walk the town center and there many bars, restaurants and stores along the way. The beach is 10steps from the property and the property is right in front of the famous sandbar. I suggest you go to KU bar/restaurant in town it is the best place for a nice dinner in front of the sunset. They have a nightly fire show at 9:30pm and the food and drinks are extremely worth it! We also had amazing pizza at La Pinsa, delicious Tuna Tartar and Aeperol Spritz at Capitan Capitan Bar and the Mixologist at Sunsets Bar is Crazy good! No need to take a tour to see the biolumnineces show...just walk knee deep by the sandbar area and take a little sheet with you you will see the light show when you move the sheet or your hand around. Walked to the sanctuary and did not see any flamingoes and the whale shark tour was 4-6hrs so did not do that.

Location is perfect. Better beach than downtown but a 10 min walk from main square Staff was super nice. Rooms are fresh comfortable and big enough to be comfortable. I recommend upgrading to all inclusive. We will come back on kitesurfing season for sure (there is a kiteboarding school right next to the hotel)

The staff were great and really helpful and the location is perfect, just a 5 min walk into town. We loved the pool bar and the breakfast. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but I gather this is a bit of a problem on the island.

Food, location, service, aesthetics.

The doors between the adjacent rooms are way too thin. We loved the place and the service, but unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors and did not get very good sleep all 4 nights we were there. First there was a crying baby in that room that cried all night, then our new neighbors would arrive late at night and talk at the top of their lungs until 2-3am, had to call the front desk one night to tell them something, and the other night no one answered so we went out ourselves to find someone to tell them to keep it down. It already sounded like they were in the same room as us due to the poor division and to be dealing with it at 3am on vacation was very upsetting. It was a shame to pay so much money for a “relaxing vacation” and not be able to sleep 😭.
