Beautiful green areas, the restaurant was very nice decorated, swimming pool very nice. Very clean and tidy beach with lovely palapas. The buildings are very nice and well kept. Beg shower in our room with a little fridge. Staff were super friendly and the guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! Overall all the food was delicious.

Beds could have an upgrade. Maybe some nice colourful decor in the room to make it more cosy. But overall the place is amazing

Beautiful setting right on the beach with white sand and crystal blue sea. We had.a pool access room which was great to dip in from our terrace and sip wine with a view. Try their Pina coladas and mojitos! Beds pretty comfy and huge TV with netflix if you want to watch a little before bed. Only about 15 mins walk into the centre along the beach for restaurants. An amazing destination we would highly recommend!

Breakfast was pretty bad, definitely not five star standard. Overcooked eggs, beans and mushy nachos, with some flavourless fruit. I did read this in a review before so it was expected. The views and cocktails make up for it! The beach view pool was freezing and quite hard to get in and enjoy properly. The other pool was a better temp and enjoyable just not an infinity pool view.

The hotel rooms are very big and new, the property gardens are very well kept and the beach chairs are comfortable. The hotel is in a very nice location on the beach also and a good price.

The dining area is very cramped, there are too many chairs for the space and you have to squeeze between them. Also the food service is lacking, very disorganized (too many people, not enough tables, the flow of people is chaotic)every morning they ran out of coffee, and you had to wait 10 minutes for it to come out, and they also ran out of cutlery and napkins. The food itself was ok. Finally, we stayed 5 days and only twice were we able to get service at the beach, one of which was because I flagged down a staff, then the food arrived cold. We ended up having lunch at the nearby restaurants after that.

The property is very nice, the rooms modern and with very good beds. The hotels location is at the very end of the village, 1,9 km from the ferry. A taxi waits at the haven to bring you there, 10 dollars. You have there no nouse, no bad smell (sewage problems after rain or storm or in vacationtime are common on Holbox). While the village had standing water everywhere our hotel was dry. Super beacharea, lovely pools, good bar for drinks and clubsandwich.

The restaurant had just a very smal selection and we did not like the food. No profs in the kitchen for sure. In the evening they had no lemons anymore for limonade or magheritas. Be aware of millions of mosquitos as soon as the sun goes down! The wooden deks where you sit on and the plants around the hotels are mosquito's paradies. Bring DEETspray, the hotel provides nothing to protect you.

Great beachfront hotel. Enjoyed having a filling breakfast with hot options, plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. Good coffee. Room was clean and spacious , amazing value for money. Loungers by pool and beach always available . Good spot on the beach for dipping in the sea to cool off! Hummingbirds, raccoons and iguanas in the garden . Reception organised bicycles for us and had them within 20mins or asking for them. Jorge always there with a smile and friendly service for sundowners on the beach.

Nothing to complain about based on value for money and location!

Probably the most beautiful hotel we’ve every stayed at!! Amazing colors, both swimming pools were great and the ouside space is very relaxing. Just one foot way from the beach and we would take our breakfast with a sea view. We liked the location because it was almost like we had a private beach for ourselves and it was only about a 10-15 walk away from the village. The room was very spacious and comfortable (huge bed!). The staff was also very kind and they even let us enjoy the swimming pool while keeping our bags after check out. I recommend 100% My Blue Hotel, it was definetely worth it and we will come back!

If i have to say something, i will point out that the cleaning team would come very early in the morning and were a bit noisy. Also, the restaurant and bar were way too expensive, we would always eat at the village.

Great beach location. Property grounds and pools were kept clean. Rooms were nice (we were in a standard room, 2nd floor with small balcony). Toilets and showers worked well. There was daily room cleaning services. Wi-Fi worked well for us. We had no problem getting a taxi into town (Centro) if we needed one, all one has to do is ask the front desk to call on to the beach side of the hotel and they would show up in about 5-10 mins. The cost of the taxi ride from the hotel to Centro was 150 Pesos (on average), so around $8USD, not too bad. Of course, it’s an easy walk to town, and if you do, walk there on the beach, it’s much cooler and prettier than walking the road that the taxis drive on. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. We were rather content with what was available. If there was one issue, I guess it would have to be the breakfast. Maybe offer a bit more variety of food, both Mexican and European selections, but overall, the breakfast was included in the overall cost for us, so we were pleased it was offered as it saved us the hassle of having to go into town to eat at a restaurant. Also, we wished the rooms had coffee. It would have been nice to sip on a hot cup of coffee on our balcony while waiting for the restaurant to open at 8 am.

Very nice location. Beach before the hotel one of the cleanest on island. Nice breakfast. Nice pool(s), enough sun beds and umbrellas. Geeat staff - reception just OK, the rest great. We were to stay for 3 nights, prolonged for 5 - first, it was worth it an second, we got even better price from the reception.

Dinner food could be better. Rooms are a bit "cold", atmosphere wise. Mosquitos around ( not specific to the hotel )

Our stay was pleasant. The staff is generally very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, not special but really well taken care of. The rooms were very spacious, next to the pool and towels and all other stuff was very good! Reception and check in/out was perfect and the pools were super clean and nice. Sunbeds at the beach were nice and pleasant. Location also good.

Restaurant was very basic and took very long before we received our order. We only had lunch once, after that we went for other place nearby. Staff is very nice and polite, but it just takes too long. Rooms were overall nice, but very very noisy, we could hear the neighbour take a shower when laying in bed.. The bed was too soft.

The location was great. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The view was great, and it was very relaxing to have 2 pools -- one which faced the ocean. While the hotel can seem far from town, we really liked the distance. We walked into town 1-2 times a day and enjoyed it every time.

The breakfast was just OK and always the same. It would have been nice to have had some variety. The beach amenities were lacking in comparison to the other nice hotels. The palapas were not as nice as others hotels and therefore, did not provide as much shade (and there felt like there were fewer palapas as well). It would have been nice to have somewhere else to lie/hang out -- such as a hammock, swing, chairs, etc. Neither is a dealbreaker but thought good to mention. PS- bring bug repellent
