I had an exceptional stay at “Mis sueños Holbox”. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was great, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the swimming pool. The breakfast was also good. Location is great, just a few minutes walking to the center.

Just one thing, it would be nice if they had a mini fridge because of the weather you cant even keep a bottle of water long cause it gets warm pretty quick. Further everything was great. I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation is a little off the beaten track and can be reached either by cab from the harbor for 100 pesos in a few minutes, or on foot in a quarter of an hour. The architect and interior designer of the hotel has gone to great lengths to create a beautiful ambience with lots of wood and stylish design elements. In the inner courtyard is the pool with a small dining area and free drinking water. We were lucky and slept in the suite on the second floor, including a fat bathtub in the bedroom. Our balcony - like all the others - had a hammock to relax in. The included breakfast is typically Mexican (eggs or pancakes).

Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is unkempt and the sandy roads are sometimes very worn and impassable due to mud and standing water.

Staff was super friendly! The owner gave us a lot of tips for things to see and do around the island, where to eat, etc. and was always up for a little chat during breakfast as well. The room was very clean, the shower was nice and the bed was comfy. Everything you need!

The WiFi-signal in the room was not always good. It was ok in the bathroom however, so we were sometimes standing in the shower to load a website. Also the road leading to the hotel can be a bit dark at night. It’s better to take a taxi ride for approx. 100 pesos

I really liked the staffs. They were very, very kind in general. They remembered it was our anniversary and decorated our room also. The location was good, away from the city center but walking distance and totally fine to walk. It had rained a few days before our arrival, and the island was full of mud and I was shocked even if I had read about the poor drainage. However, it was totally reachable without getting your shoes wet to the hotel. The breakfast was good. We stayed 3 days and the PANCAKE was super good, and I ordered pancake everyday. There are nice fruit juice and filtered coffee, tea, fruits and 4options of menu given . The hotel is located in quite place so it is really peaceful. The pool was cleaned very well and nice to enjoy after the hot beach day. Hamocks are enough although there are only 2 sun beds but the hotel is quite petite so it is understandable. In general It was nice ! Thank you!

The only thing is the room was very sandy and there was leakage from the toilet and our foot towel was keep getting soaked. However the staff cleaned the room everyday and new towels were given everyday too. The room looks quite dark but there is another light around the bed so when you turn this, it is bright. The internet connection in the island is bad in general, so sometimes the wifi is really not working. But this is the island. Also in general the island is not cheap, so since we stayed in the hotels with better prices and good condition, it was a bit pricey I would say but compare to other hotels in the island, It was very reasonable price I would say.

The staff were very nice and recommended a few activities around the island. The breakfast quite tasty. The room was nice and quiet, and the pool very warm and relaxing. Prime location, 6 min walking distance from the port so we didn't have to take a taxi but if you have a LOT of heavy suitcases I would recommend taking one since there are only dirt roads on the island. It's also a 7 min walk from the beach and all the beach clubs, bars and restaurants which is very convenient.

This is a lovely little Hotel! We really enjoyed staying here. The room was really comfortable with good working A/C and the pool and hammock right in front of the door. The breakfast was tasty and freshly made when you arrive in the morning; you can choose from few options. The staff was really welcoming and friendly. They helped us with every issue quickly. The neighborhood is quiet due to the hotel being located at the village boundary, which made it a very relaxing property. It's not far from the ferry, but be aware the streets are flooded and muddy when it has rained before so better take a taxi when you have luggage. You can book the most relevant activities at the reception.

Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations! Impecable hotel with very tasteful rooms, great free breakfast and most of all the staff are just the best - they went out of their way to book tours for us and to make our stay the best possible! Shoutout to Wilber, he was so courteous and kind in giving us recommendations and taking care of our breakfast! We decided to stay one extra night as we loved it so much.

De people where really nice and it was really clean. Breakfast was also good. The location was 10-15 min walking to the center which is not really a problem.

It was good. Maybe it is nice if the restaurant would also be open in de midday or evening. I feel like no one really stayed because there wasn’t anything to do. At the same time it is very silent and peaceful.

We had a great time at the hotel. It's conveniently located close to the center but in a quiet area. The pool area is very beautiful and the room is quite big and very clean. The hotel manager Carla was amazing and helped us with everything we needed (tours, taxis, recommendations,..). Take a taxi to get there as the streets are quite flooded. We would definitely stay here again :)

We had an amazing time at Mis Suenos! The hotel is beautifully designed and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved spending time by the pool and on the hammocks. Breakfast is tasty and it’s really handy to have a free water dispenser. We’d definitely come back on the next trip to holbox!

This doesn’t have to do with the hotel itself and didn’t affect our great experience, but good to know that the surroundings can get muddy
