Beautiful room with an enormous comfy bed and a good shower! I loved the shell tap. Don't be surprised by a few unwanted visitors, it's a wooden cabin and we ended up having a few bugs and even a scorpion in the bathroom (which I thought was pretty cool to be honest) At night there was lots of raccoons. (Not near the cabin tho)

I think the place was under renovation so we didn't get to try the pool unfortunately. We felt like they didn't clean the floor before we arrived because it was very dusty.

The staff was friendly and the room was well equipped and spacious.

The hotel is quite far from the center. Unfortunately we arrived after heavy rain therefore the whole town was filled with big ponds everywhere. The first day was ok but the next day the whole front and entrance of the hotel was submerged in brown smelly water. And when we left in the morning the staff was not present so we couldn’t order a taxi we therefore had to walk in this yukky water.

Absolutely everything, welcoming host providing us with all information, beautiful accommodation with stunning bathroom with mussel instead of battery - just amazing! Shower had unexpectedly good pressure. You have an unlimited access to drinking water. The location is a bit far from downtown (easily doable by walking).

As everyone - I can only complain about neverending mosquito attacks even when using the spray (very bothering and good vibe/energy sucking). And obviously so imperfect roads partially covered by water and mud. Nevertheless, this is not a property's fault at ALL - should be taken in consideration!

It’s a very beautiful little oasis in a quiet area. Very clean and cute cottage like feel. Friendly stuff!! We even had Netflix available :)

We wished there was a small fridge in the room and some hooks and shelves in the bathroom to hang the towels and put cosmetics down for the convenience. Other than that, very clean and perfect.

The room was big and the bed comfortable . cute decoration , I asked for more pillows Gaby gave them fast.

No one was there on the lobby when we got there , The front desk said her son fall and took him to the Dr. Juan the housekeeping opened us and gave us the room . He was very attentive at all time .Gaby the front desk is out most of the time .we were on the Pool when a guest (Italian girl )was knocking so I let her in, it was annoying , this is not our job. When we came back from town didn’t expects Gaby, her husband and kids and some others friends using facilities and drinking beer. this is not professional. we want to soak into the pool after being in the beach, this was imposible .

The accommodation is brand new, it is very clean and we appreciated the attention to details : shampoo and soap, lines in the bathroom to dry clothes and bikinis, unlimited water and a water bottle in the room. The host is very nice and helpful, she gave us tips for restaurants and could organise tours for us. We would definitely come back here. The open kitchen allows you to cook and save some money which was great for us.

The owners/staff were very nice and went out of their way to offer help and advice. Trustworthy and reliable, would repeat with them.

Not their fault but because of the location (edge of the city city), and because it had rained days prior, there was a way bigger amount of puddles compared to the city center

The staff at Aruma Ha was very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the property itself was very cozy. There’s a nice pool with outdoor shower, a shared outdoor common area with a fridge where you can cook and hang out, complimentary water fountain, and bicycles for rent (which we didn’t use). Good enough wifi to do basic things, but we didn’t really use it since we prefer to stay off our phones in general. The AC in the room was wonderful and worked really well!

The property is a little outside of the centre, about a 10-12 minutes walk. We didn’t mind the walk and actually enjoyed it, but it is something to keep in mind since it easily floods when it rains and can make the walk a bit more tricky. But there’s always the option to take a golf cart taxi.

Very friendly host. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the wood style of the room. Also very clean!

It was a little further from the "center" or beach. But we found this actually to be a plus because it was very quiet. The nearest restaurant consequently had relative cheap and good cocktails in comparison to those in the center.

Nice facilities, clean pool, nice hammocks and chill areas, the rooms were big and clean with modern finishes. Showers were nice with hot water and good pressure. The beds and linens were good quality and comfortable, they even provided robes (nice touch) The staff were amazing and very attentive, they cleaned the room daily (which isn’t that common anymore after Covid) - they helped us book tours and order taxis. There’s a fridge with cold FREE drinking water and little outdoor kitchen which was awesome. Even the wifi worked well for island standards.

The only downside is the excessive noise from the other guests - we were on the ground floor and the couple above us walked around like a heard of elephants which would shake our entire room and the sliding glass doors rattled against each other. there was also a family of screaming children in the pool (right outside our room) every morning at 8am. If you are an early to bed/ early riser type of person (or have kids) this shouldn’t bother you. But wasn’t ideal for sleeping in. The staff were extremely apologetic and tried to change our rooms but they we’re fully booked, they even offered to speak with the people upstairs. Great place to rent out as a family or group of friends. We will be back!
