Lovely location and beautiful design. Was quiet, and a perfect space for coming home each night. Really enjoyed the design, the smart TVs (shocking how many places still have pathetic tvs that you can't connect to), and good internet.

Rooms need refrigerators! We consistently brought things back to the hotel that we'd like chilled, so had to use a communal refrigerator. There's a perfect spot for them inside the room in the cabinet. The pool we would have liked to use, but it was too cold as it remains shaded most of the day. I'm sure it's great in hotter weather.

ideal location for Holbox ! just far enough from the noisy streets but right next to the beach. Walking distance to everything. hotel is brand new and so are the bedrooms. super clean. super calm.

nowhere to hang towels or clothes, nowhere to put them or the suitcases. AC with broken remote so hard to manage most of the time.

The lights on the balcony lit the room too much at night. Wanted to use the pool, but the water didn't look clear. Looking at the steps in the pool, it looked kind of hazy. (I have my own pool at home and it should not look like this.)

The staff is super friendly and eager to help. The room looked very great though it gets cold at night, a duvet would have been great here! Giving it an 8 as it still was a great experience with a great bathroom and central location

Duvets would be very nice. Only one hair dryer for the entire hotel. Bed was not the most comfy

Everything perfect. Nothing negative to say. The rooms, the style, the pool/outdoor area, the staff - loved it! Already booked the next stay there!!

Great location. Lovely and modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was amazing. Great views. Easy to get about and have great recommendations for places to eat. Right by the sea.

Modern, well equipped and pretty accommodation. Excellent location a short walk away from the center and 1min from the beach.

Can be a bit noisy due to neighbouring restaurant, some things could be better thought out (ie no hooks in bathroom).

Very nice hotel, decent pool, close to center of town.

You can’t even get a cup of coffee, only water is available by the cup. There’s a bar/nightclub across the street that when on forever, very noisy.

Loved the pool, it is nice and quiet to come to after a hot day at the beach. The hotel is new so the accommodations are nice and clean.

Had a difficult time accessing the wifi but I believe that is also common on the island. Lack of extra towels in the room.
