Everything was perfect at this hotel, great building and a bit far (but not too much) from the chaos of the city center. Beach is very close (walking distance) and rooms clean and well designed. Perfect was excellent!

Only 1 minor thing, shower head needs to be replaced or properly clean as water was not coming well from it. Still possible to have the shower of course.

A very cute hotel far from the Holbox busy city center (15-20 minutes) but close to the beach (5 minutes walk). Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The Wifi is only availaible at the reception or in the breakfast room. There is a mini bar and a safe in the rooms. All the rooms have a garden view with a small terrace. Breakfast was included during our stay and we loved it. They offer fresh coffee and fruits, homemade bread & jam and a vast selection of dishes (eggs, omelets, pancakes etc…). The waiter was very friendly. The reception offers a wide tour selection (Cabo Catoche, 3 Islas, Bioluminescence), beach towels (deposit needed). This is a great value hotel freshly renovated!

The staff at the hotel was exceptional- helpful, kind, friendly. Our waiter was wonderful! He was so sweet and cordial and we had excellent service! The staff alerted him that I wanted oatmeal and it was ready each morning. The breakfast was simple and tasty (the omelettes nicely cooked) and I loved that they had fruit and different aquas (horchata, lemon, Chaya y Pina, sandier) every morning. The room was a lovely refuge and very comfortable bed and linens. Really a charming hotel.

An actual hot sauce or pico de gallo would have been nice...the bread was not very good and the jam worse...

The all hotel is magnificent, and the room are very very big !! This is so nice 🙂

The restaurant is really not good ! For breakfast it is ok but not delicious either ! The situation was not a problem, we walked like 12 minutes to be in the center, it was ok. I don't understand people who give a bad review for the situation, they can look at a map before booking ! However, it is impossible to have hot water in the shower, or only 3 minutes, this is not comfortable for my girlfriend who has very very long and curly hair...

The room was very nicely decorated, the hotel in a great location and looking beautiful. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast had great choices. We had a lovely stay.

Hot water was not really working in the evening. I am assuming is due to the fact that the water heating system is not managing well in peak hours. When you come from the beach and want to clean yourself and there's not warm water. Also WiFi was not reaching the room but that was ok, as it is amazing to disconnect from technology in Holbox.

The receptionist was lovely, forthcoming, and helpful. Staff at the restaurant during breakfast were also friendly. The room was spacious and well-decorated, fitting into the eco-feeling of Holbox island. Breakfast was very tasty, and portions were ok. Once we waited a long time for our breakfast and the chef offered a place of pancakes on top, we really appreciated the gesture. Well located if you don't want to be in the buzzing center yet close to the beach. Your feet will get a little wet wherever you go, so we highly recommend bringing water shoes

We love some sunlight in the room but since all windows face the interior, we always closed the curtains to have privacy. It was quite in the hotel, but may be good to know that rooms are not soundproof, and windows/doors are quite thin.

The hotel is nice, modern and the rooms are comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor. Have to improve a lot. Little variety and little food, you had to ask for more to be brought all the time. The area where it is located is far from the center, and it is difficult to get there because the streets are precarious. The beach 200 meters from the hotel is ugly and small

The location was great because it was one block to the beach. The hotel was beautiful and the hostess Daria was so nice and friendly. The room was beautiful and beds really comfy.

Breakfast is limited, could be better but was ok. As a suggestion I would recommend for the hotel to share some information about destination, since if you don’t have a lantern or the cellphone charged, you cannot move in the island during the night because is really dark and there’s no lights in the streets

It’s off the beaten path and not in town so it was amazingly peaceful! Lights out at 10, quiet and tranquil for sleep. I met other folks staying in the town center and they heard golf carts and party folks all night while I slept like a baby. Also much closer to the local beach, Punta Cocos. Breakfast was wonderful.

The room is very nice and clean. Very spacious and exactly like it shows in the pictures. Bathrooms were great.

The hotel is very far away from the center. It looks like it’s an 15/20 min walk but because of all the water holes in the roads it’s hard to walk. So the walk is very long. Definitely bring a good lamp. But that’s also part of Isla Holbox.
