Comfortable and clean rooms and helpful staff in a very central location. Lovely view from the rooftop bar. Other reviews were not kidding when they said the noise from the bars below will keep you up until 1pm on both weekends and weekdays. If you are late to sleep or joining the party below it won't be a problem, but if you have kids or like to sleep early don't expect to get sleep until after then. We also had one night when the restaurant decided to repair a pipe at around 11:30pm and there was loud banging for about an hour echoing through the hotel. A suggestion for the hotel would be to provide complimentary earplugs to everyone at check-in.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Our room was cozy, though a bit on the small side, but that didn’t bother us since we were excited to spend most of our time outside exploring. The rooftop bar was a lovely spot to hang out, although the music was a bit too loud for our liking. We noticed this was a common theme at many places in Mexico, but it didn’t take away from the fun!

It's located right on the corner of the well-known "hot corner" spot, which means there is live and loud music every night until 1:30 am. This atmosphere is great for a couple of nights if you're looking to party. Our shower had poor water pressure, and the water jets were all over the place.

Beautiful island, very cool little hotel right in the middle of everything. Staff was fantastic! Easy access to the beach (1 block) and all of the activities in the central area. Holbox is just amazing across the board. I loved all of it!

Room was pretty small, just enough room for the bed and a little walk around. The balcony helps. EXTREMELY LOUD band and DJ plays next door until midnight to 1am depending on the day. I didn't mind because the music was cool and I stay up late, but if you are trying to sleep earlier than 1am, forget it. It sounds like the band is in your room.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Yes it is loud at night but we already knew that before booking and it did not bother us. Location is key! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were cleaned perfectly each day. The property is very well taken care of. The pool is small and we didn’t use it. It was so nice to be close to everything at night and right off the beach.

We would have loved a fridge but we knew our room didn’t have one when booking.

The staff was incredibly kind they even reached out a day before to ask about my arrival time. The hotel is actually even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and little shops. I’d definitely stay here again!

There’s a bar nearby that seems to be where the island’s party happens at night it was a bit overwhelming at first. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to consider.

Location was amazing for our first time visiting Holbox. Right in the centre, close to many restaurants, cafes, shops, beach bars etc

Room was a little tight, there wasn’t a small fridge or a safe. As stated by many reviewers Loud music does play at night, I sleep with white noise so didn’t bother us at all really and it seemed to completely stop around 1:30. But if you’re a light sleeper or like to go to bed early this is not the place for you

Small hotel the wifi is poor and beds a little bit uncomfortable but location just side of the beach and view is like movies you cant wait to open the window and see this perfect blue from beach

the faucet drips and looks old and dirty I know that the concept of the island is rustic but mittoz could do something else to improve this details and let this place amazing

If you are sensitive to noise (music) and like to go to sleep early, this might not be for you. For me, perfect because it's at the center of town and across from the most popular bar. Music should stop by 2am. Go outside and have fun. Lots of night life to enjoy.

Very noisy until 1 am. A fridge would have been nice, but there were supermarkets everywhere and right outside so it was okay.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the roof top bar. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. Great location.

If you came for peace and quiet this may not be for you, but if like being in the middle of it all and steps from the beach this might be for you.
