It's across the street from the beach, rooms set off from the street and separated by a courtyard with loungers , and tables and a hammock. It's also very convenient/short walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, and the night food stall market. Taxis (golf carts) are pretty easily available as well.

Housekeeping hours were very limited (8a-11a) which for us was inconvenient, so we went the whole week without housekeeping. Not the biggest deal, but it would have been nice to have a refresh halfway through. A small refrigerator in the room would have also been helpful.

We liked everything! The staff is so nice and the atmosphere at the hotel is relaxing and like home. The location is great. The breakfast is very good. Helga the cat. Sunbeds. Special thanks to Fer at the restaurant. You and your personality are awesome. ❤️

The room could have more place to hang your clothes and put your stuff on. But understandable because the rooms are not so big. But it did not matter because everything else was so good. ❤️

The location is great, steps from the beach. Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great breakfast, but mostly all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I showed up right in the middle of the destructive norte, and the check-in staff was great about sending me updates on the ferry ans island status through whatsapp... I barely made it, the island was flooded and lost power shortly after. The staff was as accommodating as could be given the situation. They all worked hard to communicate and make sure everyone was OK and taken care of. The grounds were brought back to normal in short order once power and water were restored, and I enjoyed the rest of my stay there!

Smooth check-in, friendly receptionist who accompanied us to the room and explained all the details. Fine touch was the message we received immediately after check-in with all the important information about the hotel and the island itself. The room was very nice and tidy. I like the environmental awareness of saving water and recycling.

We couldn't sleep because from early in the morning there were construction works around us, about which we were not informed earlier. Since the weather was cloudy and windy, we hoped that we would at least be able to enjoy the morning lying in bed. Maybe next time...

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, best we had in Mexico so far. The Hotel is near the center, close to all the restaurants, bars and the beach is on the other side of the street. Perfect.

There is a dance bar next to the Hotel. They play extremely loud music up to 2-3am.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is not directly on the beach but the beach is across the street so it was perfect. I loved the front hotel area with sunbeds and hammocks. Also the breakfast was really good. The rooms are basic but clean.

Maybe some decorations in the room would be nice and something to store the personal things ( such make-up, perfume, etc).

Great beach front location with outdoor showers to use after check out. Staff were able to safe us some breakfast due to us leaving early one day for an excursion. Simple basic room with good air con and nice shower.

Difficult to find the hotel when using Google maps. However the hotel answered the phone promptly when called and provided a helpful map. Quite expensive for basic bedroom.

Very friendly lady at the reception, nice room with the best bed ever! We read a lot of complaints about the noise from the club, but it is not THAT bad, just put in some earplugs and you sleep like a baby (they offer ear plugs at the reception). Breakfast is also very decent, big portions.

The location was perfect, right on the beach front. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which really made our stay. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was clean.

There was some very loud music from a restaurant/bar near to the hotel into the early hours of the morning which kept us awake at night. Not the hotels fault but worth bearing in mind if you’re a light sleeper!

The hotel was across from the beach - 2 seconds walk, (which had beach beds to hire which is the cheapest on the beach), had a cafe on-site - recommend the fruit bowls which were delicious. If you arrive early you’re able to leave your cases until check in. Hotel is brilliant, powerful shower which I much appreciated when it’s very hot outside! the Hotel is rustic and has an island vibe complete with outdoor hammocks and pretty lights of a night time. perfect for backpackers that now have children. Do recommend taking ear plugs as there’s music from neighbouring bars but the AC usually blocks this out. Had the best time, staff were all lovely and attentive - thank you all for the best stay and hope to see you again.
