Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable

No beach towels provided and no basic kitchen supplies eg toaster, salt, pepper

That was definitely one of our best stays. We had a very comfortable spacious apartment with an amazing view and could enjoy Sheraton's 5 star delicious breakfast and service. The staff did an outstanding job in every possible way. For example, we got a HDMI cable late at night, and then they helped to resolve an issue with a flat tire and unprofessional car rental. The waiters were rocking the place, special thanks to Dubravko and his colleagues. The beach in front of the villa was rather quiet so I could enjoy my morning swims on my own at most of the time. There is another beach that is perfect for snorkeling just a 5-minute walk away. Also, a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. Picturesque 15 min. drive to the old town and to Cavtat. Side note: please don’t go with your rental car to the old town, take an uber.

What's up with the hairdryer, is it from the 80s? It was so heavy, I nearly broke my arm :)

I had no idea where to check in - the house keeping staff was helpful and kind and pointed me in the right direction the location is great, parking was easy and we had a 9 person van

Sign in is at the Sheraton, which is great - in fact it seems like the villas are an extension of the Sheraton in that it appeared that we had access to all of the Sheraton's facilities - I had no idea - you should make that clear in the listing The beds weren;t great The shower seems like it wants to have a full glass wall to keep water from going everywhere

Villa is located on the 2nd floor of the Lungo Mare restaurant. It was specious and super clean. We were at the beach and swimming pool but at the same time had a lot of privacy.

We liked absolutely everything and already planning to be back.

The villa is opposite the beach with a wonderful view and contains two rooms, each room has a bathroom, bath, shower, a beautiful hall and a preparatory kitchen. The Sheraton Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and we had a delicious breakfast overlooking the pool. The place is quiet and upscale and is 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik by car. You can take a taxi boat from in front of the villa to Dubrovnik for 20 minutes. It is very beautiful and you enter Dubrovnik from the sea. This is a romantic option. I wished my stay was longer than that, but due to the travel plan we were unable to extend our stay. God willing, if we return, this will be our place of residence.

No oven, WiFi a bit intermittent, no hot water on the last day, cooking knives blunt, no freezer, no washing machine or dishwasher. So although set up as an “apartment” it was lacking some basic equipment compared to much cheaper air BnB etc

Lovely location. Surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms, given the Pizza restaurant outside. I'm a light sleeper, but there was never a problem.

Access to the hotel pool was confusing. We were told it wasn't included due to booking through booking.com, then another member of staff said it was included. A day pass was 40EUR per person, otherwise

The location was fantastic and the area is so relaxed and tranquil. A perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. The apartment has everything you need and was so comfortable. Beds and pillows were also great.

We were on the second floor and that may pose a problem for those with mobility issues.

We had the apartment next to the pool of the Sheraton hotel and could use all facilities of the Sheraton, which was really great. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Views on the garden, sea and when walk out the door you are entering the pool area.

Sea front view, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with great air-conditioning. Access to hotel pool and restaurants.

Above a restaurant, which meant it was noisy some evenings.
