Harmonee Okojie. I enjoyed my stay, shout out to Dammy at housekeeping, always respectful and professional. Breakfast was a variety of both Nigerian and mediterranean cuisine. Staff seem happy and willing to assist. Also Mr Johnson was patient when picking me up from the airport as my flight was delayed. Shout out to Mr Tony and the security team who were helpful and would always greet with a smile. Easy access to wifi

Unfortunately, it became more busier during the weekend, too many parties and I was a bit concerned in terms of security. Random people in the reception, the place became a photoshoot opportunity, for the money spent, the place should maintain a high level of tranquility at all times

The customer service is oustanding. Very helpful staff with "yes I can" attitude at all times. The breakfast was really good. The location is really good. The accommodation was very clean.

The carpet needed a deeper vacuum in the bedroom. Also the accommodation is advertised with a cot and when we arrive there was no cot available. Additionally, the bedroom window handle was faulty and allowed noise pollution in.

I was asked to make payment in dollars before I used my U.K. card which I think should not be the case, I should be giving the option to make the payment in the local currency. The reception desk did not answer the phone in the morning when I was ready to check out and I needed help with my luggage I had to go downstairs to get the help needed they did apologise and I got help with my luggage

It's a very expensive hotel but it really has all the comforts you need in a hotel, the facilities, the restaurants, the food is delicious and the staff is helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely come back.

A bit too expensive

Breakfast was great, loads of options. Nice, clean, functional hotel for a conference I attended. Very close to the airport too!

No coffee pods in room for coffee machine. No ‘diet/sugarfree’ soft drinks at the bar. Bar menu slightly limited. Lack of beer options too, some craft beer would have been nice.

Online booking was extremely higher than direct booking with the hotel. Was cheaper to make tye reservation directly. There should be provision for cost of early check in or late checkout

Excellent choices of food. Could be better if choices are rotated occasionally to vary experience

Better regulation of the use of the facility for various events some of which were somewhat nuisance to other paying guests

Breakfast is good. You feel safe, they have a security gate and a scanner at the entrance. Rooms are very clean. A restaurant with a big bar and outside area. expensive, but you pay for a secure stay.

The definition of luxury and comfort for real. I had such a wonderful time here, and that includes my experience at the Amani Spa. The beddings were incredibly soft and the room always smelled amazing. The view is also really nice. Also everybody was sooooo lovely, from the staff at the front door, the security, the cleaners, the servers, front desk, a huge shoutout to Tomisin who made sure I was very comfortable and was super nice about it. I’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was amazing but room service food wasn’t that great (too salty). I would also recommend visiting during the week as opposed to the weekend. Too many events happen during the weekend and it means a lot of people and a lot of noise.

The receptionist staff that attended to me on arrival was very professional, helpful and friendly. Olawale has represented the company well as the first point of contact and his customer service was top notch. He makes me feel at ease to book an extra night to stay. Thanks for this beautiful experience and I would recommend that the management maintains this standard of customer experience and satisfaction. I enjoyed the variety Buffet serving breakfast and how the sitting area and exterior gives the relaxed ambience that gives a pleasant, calming and vibrant mixed social environment.

Toothpaste and brush is missing from the bathroom but on request it was provided.
