I liked everything about the property, from the comfort, staff, cleanliness, approach etc. Personally, I liked Mr Deepak and his extra ordinary hospitality service which is required in this kind of consumer business. He understood my needs, situation and helped me within professional limits and personal capacity. The cooking staff ensured, I feel satisfied after dining. Especially, i enjoyed the Biryani on Sunday’s and the way they took care of the food Every staff member was quite caring and helpful

This is one of the best hostels that I have come across in Kerala. Very good ambience, clean and well maintained, and run by an amazing staff. Special mention to Priyanka, the community manager, who organized activities engaging the guests. And Manu who is a call away whenever you need any assistance. Kudos Team Zostel. - Nice bed and furnishing, and well maintained - Spacious rooms with lockers(bring your lock) - Lot of common space to socialize along with a dining space - Peaceful, and have a dedicated workspace - Small cafe with snacks, coffee, juice and a set menu for meals. - Laundry available and have space for parking

Nothing to not like, though a few pointers - No kitchen exclusively for guest, though I am sure the staff will entertain if you have any requests. - No curtains for the beds

The best thing about this place is safety for girls. We’ve stayed in a lotta hotels in kochi but almost always had bad experience. This place is super affordable and safe. Moreover the beds and linens were very comfortable, bathroom was sufficiently neat and common areas were a breath of fresh air to sit and talk or even do your own work..I’d highly recommend this place to all my friends and I commend the initiative of the staff for the hospitality and maintenance of the place

The hostel was very clean, everything was new and worked well. It was nicely furnished. There was warm water in shower. Lot of space in the room and common area. The common area seemed good for socializing. There wasn't a kitchen but a place to eat your own food and wash your dishes. Air conditioning worked well in the room. There was a television in the common area from which you could probably watch movies. There was nice music in common area. The place was peaceful. I could leave my luggages in the hostel for few hours after checking out. There was a small cafe from where you could buy drinks like coffee, juices and maybe some cutted fruits.

I don't have anything to complain. I often like kitchen where I can cook but at least this time it was enough to just have a place to eat. Location was close to some train station but not the main one (Ernakulam junction) so the location could have been better for me at least. On the other hand the area seemed quite peaceful.

Quiet location in a residential neighborhood. Friendly staff, who organizes events on and off premises. Nice place overall.

The inside common area is big and hollow. A better arrangement of the sitting areas could be more conducive to mingling with fellow guests. A loft or net could be cool. As with most hostels in India, dorm beds are too basic and certainly, the lack of curtains is not great. The coworking space could benefit from softer task lighting. A bit of decorating there would improve the vibe.

I stayed one night to make it easy getting an early bus. Pleasant, open and airy, with a bookshelf, and spacious sitting areas. Filtered water refills are easily available, and needed in this heat. I am clearly a lot older than most there, and two of the staff thoughtfully checked that I was okay, while I was reading, then chatting, in the common area. I got chatting to one of my roommates and three of us ended up talking for several hours. It's a great way to meet others, and most are solo travellers, with many living there for weeks, or months, if work calls. I suspect from the laptops that the others were long stayers. This was my first Zostel experience, and not my last.

The AC was rather cold for me, but that's all personal, and the blanket did the job.

Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The property is comfortable and has Great Wall art. The staff is quick to help and is always available at the guest’s beck and call. Special shout-out to Nazeerudin, Asween, Vidhur, Munsheer and Sohaib. Nazeerudin has excellent knowledge about the cultural heritage and the history of Fort Kochi and knows various tourist spots, but also local ones which are much better than the famous one. He was very kind and helpful with every guest. Thank you for making Kochi memorable

The structure is very nice and it is also well located, easy to move around. I would like to mentioned how amazing were the staff, specially Firoz who did way more than what his role holds. He was extremely nice, polite and soooooo helpful.

I found the private room a bit over priced for a single traveler according to the country's reality.

Food could improve at their restaurant food service doesn't start on time as it says food takes very long to arrive even a simple fried noodle dish takes almost an hour to arrive and portion are small not enough for one person. There are no restaurants close by. Have your lunch / dinner / breakfast before heading towards the hostel
