Absolutely everything. The apartment was huge and clean and the view of the beach was incredible! The staff were so nice and accommodating, always available to help. We arrived in Nha Trang very late by bus and they still ensured we had a smooth check in. The location was great, the residential side can access the hotel side so we could use the pool, gym, restaurant etc! They also provided free beach chairs at the beach right across the rd. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

Nothing really. The only minor issue was they wanted a deposit we weren’t aware of & payment in cash and didn’t tell us until the day we were supposed to check in and we didn’t have enough cash on us, however they kindly allowed us to sleep the first night and pay the second day after we got cash out, they just held onto one passport.

This is one of the best if not the best place to stay in Nha Trang. The room is beautiful. The facilities are great. The bed is comfortable. The apt is clean. The bathroom is large. The water pressure is great. The air conditioning is cool. The balcony has a great view. My host was Serein. She is great. My stay was amazing! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nha Trang!

There is only a partial view of the ocean but you can see what you're getting from the website photos. I like that the photos provided are honest and true to what you get, not like how other hotels try to trick you with exaggerated photos.

My stay at Sea Luxury was excellent. Driver met us and took us to apartments to meet with Heri who checked us in. Heri was contactable always via whatsapp although not much else was needed as the apartment and facilities in the apartment were great. We had a 8am flight so we had to check out at 6am which Heri organised and we had plenty of time to get to airport. Excellent apartment, Amazing price. Thanks Heri and Apartment!

Housekeeping was everyday but sand and dirt from beach always found its way to the floors. Even when we washed thoroughly before coming to apartment. We used small towels to wipe sand of feet before jumping into bed.

Clean & spacious room, good AC and WiFi, nice gym & pool area, decent breakfast that’s basically room service, beautiful balcony view, easy access to the beach across the street and night walking street, friendly staff that’s available via WhatsApp

There is no reception because this location is basically a rental inside of an apartment complex. When you arrive and text to meet the staff, you have to pay in cash but they won’t have change for you so make sure to bring as close to exact change as possible! there’s a steep deposit fee ($100, 2 million dong, or a passport), if you leave anything in the kitchen, there are ants; the pool in the balcony view is another location’s pool- make sure to see the actual pool in the main listing (still nice though), the shower could use a little bleach cleaning

The reception of the guests was fast and efficient

I really didn´t like the fact that they asked for a 2 million Dong deposit but it wasn´t stated at the conditions when we booked here at booking.com. It just came to us as a surprise. They should have communicated this better. Also, I needed to remind them several times about giving back my deposit.

Apartment was lovely; clean & well appointed. Cleaners visited every day with clean towels. Breakfast was yummy; a choice of pho or Bahn mi with fresh juice every day. Staff were fantastic! Serein & Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful & took great care of us. Communication was easy, we just used WhatsApp. Beautiful sea view from the balcony & the pool on the second floor. Beach just across the road with free reserved loungers & sun umbrellas.

Nothing! Fabulous stay with beach!

We loved the spacious room and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed using the beach loungers almost daily. The pool was small and usually crowded so we didn't use it but who needs it when you have the beach across the street. The gym was also small but net my needs. Many restaurants and small stores close by. Really convenient. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

The wifi was pretty bad and would disconnect us often. The kitchen could use a hand towel but overall it had most things needed for preparing meals. The bathroom could use better lighting.

when arrived to the property Loan was there to greet and carry our luggage to our room. we got upgraded to a beautiful corner room absolutely the best view I have ever seen. the house is truly amazing so big and spacious. LOCATION!!! this is literally the best property, it’s like 10min walk to night market, 5 mins to nha trang center and the other surrounding mall. legit beach front! when I go back to nha trang im going back to this hotel super safe too

Loan was a great host who was very helpful with all the things we asked for. The room is very tidy and clean, and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and tv. The bathroom is very nice too and you have a great view of the beach from the balcony. I especially loved the blackout curtains. Room service is prompt. Loan also helped us book a taxi for the airport. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Fantastic location. Right on the beach. Unit was high and the views were breathtaking. The unit was clean, luxury and well fitted out. Big enough for my large family of 7. We all had space. Great breakfast. Great restaurants around as well or use the GRAB app. Food delivery was really convenient and cheap. A very cheap taxi or grab ride to anywhere you wanted to go. The private beach was also a great perk, and the water was great to swim in. Annie our property manager was also excellent and very quick to respond.

There was nothing to dislike. I would recommend taking cash to pay the account as international bank transfers was a bit to figure out.
