Very clean. Comfortable beds and nice sized room. Great breakfast variety. The staff had popcorn ready at checkin. The girl was very friendly and recommended a grocery store for us as restaurants were closed on a Sunday afternoon. Los Alamos is a nice place to visit. We loved the Los Alamos History Museum tour and the interesting Bradbury Science Museum. We also went to Valles Caldera and Bandolier National Monument. Very interesting and beautiful sites to explore.

Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, local grocery store, and museum.

More efficient check-in process would be helpful for guests on a tight schedule. To save time, I checked-in online and in advance. When I arrived on premises, information already provided online about vehicle make and model had to be duplicated.

The front desk people were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The room was clean, and the towels were soft and fluffy. The bed was comfortable and clean. Desk chair was a comfortable office chair, for those planning to work while staying. There was always popcorn in the lobby and coffee. The housekeeping staff and lady that prepared the breakfast always said hello and asked if they could help me when I had luggage. I did not use the gym as I am disabled and have a service dog. People here were very respectful of both me and my dog.

The only thing that was disappointing was on my second stay here, the refrigerator did not have an ice box, so I couldn't freeze the ice packs I had with me. This is important as I am traveling across the country and the temperature has been in the 90's. The first time I stayed a few days earlier the refrigerator did have an ice box. There is also a one-inch gap under the door, so all hall noise was loud and clear. A simple door sweep would solve that. But all in all, the positive things made up for these minor problems.

Front desk employees, housekeeping and breakfast staff were all very nice and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. This was a return visit as it was so much better than the Holliday Inn Express, I was at the previous night, and less expensive.

This was my second stay here and the first time I was here the little refrigerator had an ice box and this room didn't. I was unable to freeze the ice packs for my cooler and I don't like to put ice in as it melts and becomes a problem.

Breakfast was excellent, and we liked the location of this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had a corner room which was probably quieter than some of the middle rooms.

I wish the hotel would use cleaning products that are unscented, or less scented. My allergies acted up due to the overwhelming smell of said products. Otherwise, I wish hotels would post quiet hours to remind guests that they have neighbors in other rooms.

First time visit .. Let's just say it was terrific ... No indoor pool was a bummer and not to many eating places but it's only 3 easy driving hours from southern NM ... Alot left to do so we will get back to the area-- nice summer trip to cool awesum area More history than your mind can take ..need a week-- plus Santa fe is only 40 miles

Well, I'm not sure that the package unit (HVAC) in 211 actually worked. It ran all night and didn't warm the room at all. The pump-style coffee pot in the breakfast room seems like it isn't working that great either.

Recent update/conversion to Wyndham. Great staff! Great location near the center of Los Alamos.

The floor of the bathroom had tile that needed to be replaced.

Very good value for money, and very close to the historic area of Los Alamos.

no swimming pool....and Los Alamos is a dead city during the week-end !!! Lots of restaurants closed on Saturday and Sunday !!!

I loved the location. It is virtually across the road from Bathtub Row, where Oppenheimer lived. This is a quiet, serious city, it's not party town.
