Everything was very good, clean, friendly staff. We had very good stay. The room was big, had two beds. We didn't hear people outside it was very quiet. Great visit for the businesses trip we took. The price was great on booking.com I was very satisfied Thank you to Booking.com and La Quinta!!!!!

I was Cold door didn't have sealants. Santa Fe is cold at night we had to keep the heat on all night. The toilet was too low flush. I get the water conservation, but when u have to flush three to four tomes to get toilet paper down its pretty ridiculous. Everything else was so very awesome. Bad experience at Applebee's, but that was definitely not La Quinta's fault.

The bed was very comfortable. Parking lot lighting was good

Asked for a room that I could park right in front of due to valuables in my trunk and I had to bring a lot in that was visible inside my car. Was told I could. The room I was given was ground floor but one of the interior courtyard rooms down a walkway. The TV was horrible. Could not click on a specific channel and then it would just randomly change channels. Probably more of a Dish network situation but it was not good.

The room was a nice size, plenty of room to lay our suitcases out. The bathroom had a lot of counter to lay out toiletries. The room was comfortable and clean.

The configuration of the food service was not good. The food was spread out in a line in a hallway. It would work fine if only one person is getting their food; but when there were 4 other people getting their breakfast with me, we were bumping into each other or waiting for a person to move. It made it take a long, frustrating time to get to eat. 😒

The room was perfect for us and our dogs, with enough room for our various baggage. I liked the desk with all the plugs for various electronics. WiFi might have been great, but I could not get connected because of my own computer, not your wi fi. We also loved the Mexican Restaurant next door.

I was disappointed in the breakfast because the only source of protein was small yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Lots of bread/cereal, waffles, but no meat or eggs. We had been driving for the better part of a week and needed a bit more to go on.

The staff is great! Victoria at the front desk, Mike for maintenance and Kochelle for housekeeping were all exceptional. Other staff were also helpful.

There was some hotel maintenance going on while I was there...it looked great though when completed.

Not ce hot breakfast

THERE NEEDS TO BE COLD WATER AT BREAKFAST!! We all need hydration; old people need to take pills with food; it’s common sense to offer water with meals. If you’re not plumbed for a faucet, simple pitchers of cold water would be great. My hubby asked one day and we heard another woman ask the next morning. It’s an easy fix.

Staff was good, room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was ok, eggs and hot stuff were cold and late. The shower was a complete disaster knobs were not turning rt and made it very difficult to maintain and adjust temperature, shower head was also horrible and shower curtain was very strange

We were accommodated with a first floor room when we requested one without a hassle. The staff is very friendly and we liked that we got a discount with our key card at the nearby excellent restaurant, The Flying Tortilla.

The wifi is out and we were not told about it upon checking in. The outdoor sign also stated, "Free wifi" but it was out of service due to waiting for a part according to the staff.

The convenience of the location to everything we wanted to see.

The part of the building that we stayed in was old and the outside was crumbling. Not a good look at all. There was a commercial refrigerated truck that took up most of the parking spaces closest to our room and the truck ran the engine all night. Breakfast was pretty bland. More choices would have been great. Last but not least, there was moldy ice cream left in the refrigerator. Yuck.

Thoughtful furnishings including large desk with convenient USB ports and electrical outlets. Despite the maintenance and plumbing issues mentioned below, I would definitely stay at La Quinta again.

In Room 130, the door lock was sketchy. The "secure" knob did NOT move the deadbolt into place. Also, the closed door was warped at top in the door frame. Also, water temperature in shower was erratic. Temp would instantly go to all-hot, or all-cold, with no warning. There should be a regulator in the faucet to keep water temperature stable. This was dangerous, as I could not get out of the way fast enough when temp went to HOT. Also, I had to reattach the hose inside the toilet tank where water comes in. It had come loose and water was running continually when we checked in.
