Everything was very good, clean, friendly staff. We had very good stay. The room was big, had two beds. We didn't hear people outside it was very quiet. Great visit for the businesses trip we took. The price was great on booking.com I was very satisfied Thank you to Booking.com and La Quinta!!!!!

I was Cold door didn't have sealants. Santa Fe is cold at night we had to keep the heat on all night. The toilet was too low flush. I get the water conservation, but when u have to flush three to four tomes to get toilet paper down its pretty ridiculous. Everything else was so very awesome. Bad experience at Applebee's, but that was definitely not La Quinta's fault.

The bed was very comfortable. Parking lot lighting was good

Asked for a room that I could park right in front of due to valuables in my trunk and I had to bring a lot in that was visible inside my car. Was told I could. The room I was given was ground floor but one of the interior courtyard rooms down a walkway. The TV was horrible. Could not click on a specific channel and then it would just randomly change channels. Probably more of a Dish network situation but it was not good.

The room was a nice size, plenty of room to lay our suitcases out. The bathroom had a lot of counter to lay out toiletries. The room was comfortable and clean.

The configuration of the food service was not good. The food was spread out in a line in a hallway. It would work fine if only one person is getting their food; but when there were 4 other people getting their breakfast with me, we were bumping into each other or waiting for a person to move. It made it take a long, frustrating time to get to eat. 😒

The room was perfect for us and our dogs, with enough room for our various baggage. I liked the desk with all the plugs for various electronics. WiFi might have been great, but I could not get connected because of my own computer, not your wi fi. We also loved the Mexican Restaurant next door.

I was disappointed in the breakfast because the only source of protein was small yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Lots of bread/cereal, waffles, but no meat or eggs. We had been driving for the better part of a week and needed a bit more to go on.

We booked a room with a microwave and refrigerator and we got a room without it. Spoke to an elderly man who had booked a room on the first floor and was given a 2nd floor room. They need to honor what was reserved.

The location is close to the freeway. The hotel is clean and had laundry facilities on site for customer use. Pool area was clean as was the pool. Elevator to access the upper floors. Breakfast in the morning has a good variety from waffles to eggs meat choice cereal juices milk and coffee.

The staff is great! Victoria at the front desk, Mike for maintenance and Kochelle for housekeeping were all exceptional. Other staff were also helpful.

There was some hotel maintenance going on while I was there...it looked great though when completed.

The breakfast was good. Loved the waffles. The staff was super helpful. We saw staff from our trip last year. We really enjoyed the new General Manager. He gave over the top care.

I liked everything. So many improvements from last year.

Not ce hot breakfast

THERE NEEDS TO BE COLD WATER AT BREAKFAST!! We all need hydration; old people need to take pills with food; it’s common sense to offer water with meals. If you’re not plumbed for a faucet, simple pitchers of cold water would be great. My hubby asked one day and we heard another woman ask the next morning. It’s an easy fix.

Proximity to I-25.

It has been upgraded, but trash was visible in different places. Ice machines and vending machine rooms filthy. Ice only available in 3rd floor.
