We are a family of 6. Our children are all 9 and younger. Hyatt Place Santa Fe accommodated us like no other. We booked a 6 night stay. Every day, they made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The customer service was top tier. We made friends with all the employees, because they are all easy to talk to, very kind, and they all go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast was delicious. You can't miss out on the green chili with your eggs, sausage, and perfectly fried potatoes! The dinner was fantastic! Hyatt Place was hands down the best food we ate during our stay in New Mexico! I wish I could remember everyone's names so that I can brag on them individually, but the truth is they are all absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and nice. Our room was cozy and plenty big enough for our family. The house-cleaners were so sweet and always made sure we had plenty of pillows and blankets, and they were always conscious of when we needed them and when we didn't. Can't forget about the great-sized pool and hot tub! We frequented those, of course! We can't wait to go back. This will now be our home away from home in NM.

breakfast was fantastic and Adolpho who managed it was super friendly and concerned for every nicety. The beds and pillows were comfy and perfect. The shower and water pressure was the best of all the hotels on our trip! Plenty of thick towels and lots of counter space and mirrors. The pool area was clean and spacious and the hot tub was appreciated. There was an outside patio area with sun umbrellas and tables that we enjoyed in the evening. All was great. Lots of conveniences nearby with restaurants and stores.

really had to think to come up with any downside which was that it was not closer to downtown. Not that important really.

The staff were absolutely amazingly accommodating to us twice in one week; on the way to Colorado and on the way home 7 days later. We were tired from travel and they welcomed us in with no hassle and the rooms were so comfortable and clean. We have found our new half way stay every summer! Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was the nicest I've ever experienced in a hotel. The pool and hot tub 6 very clean, and the hours for the pool were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and kept stocked. The checkout time was the best because having a family of 5, it's very difficult to get everyone ready, packed, and out! I will definitely stay there again!

Liked the walkin and walkout shower. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage links/bacon, fresh salsa, hot oatmeal with all the fixings, hot coffee, juice, teas amazing stay. Thank you for a great stay!❤️

Hotel had only 1 washer 1 dryer. Guests who were washing and drying were not attentive and considerate of others that needed to wash/dry.

Stayed with our pet in the very clean, light and bright room. Excellent room for pet with vinyl floors. Lots of charging … 16 outlets and 4 usbs. No-tub shower excellent and rubber mat and handle bars to ensure no slipping. Large swivel tv with a zillion channels. Close to freeway (quiet and could not hear it).

The bed was wonderful and comfortable. The room was very nice and modern. Good shower. Lovely atrium for reception. Super breakfast, good choice. Good car park.

The WiFi wasn't constant, nor secure. I needed a secure WiFi option to do something, none available, so used a local restaurant which was. Used the reception desk pc and printer as two pcs for guests were not fully working. We had an electrical socket next to bed which was partly not working. Reported to Reception

I stayed for almost a week. The first morning breakfast was great, fresh and with stocked well with many options. The following mornings when the hotel felt busier (weekend) the staff seemed to have trouble opening on time, keeping up with demand, and choices were limited. No eggs at all.

The room was spacious and clean with everything in proper working order. I was amazed at the quality of the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was hot, fresh, and plentiful. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous.

Most hotels have a complimentary coffee bar. The Hyatt had coffee pods in the room but nothing in the lobby. They did have a Starbucks station where you could purchase coffee, but no complimentary coffee. As you may assume, if this is the worst critique item, this property is a great value.

Loved our stay at the Hyatt. Everything was very comfortable, spacious & clean. The breakfast was exceptional! The beds were very comfortable. And I was happy I could wash clothes and be ready to go home with laundry done.

The man behind the desk ignored our request for more towels in the pool room.
