I loved the aura of the building and the decor. It was very comfortable and warm feeling. The breakfast was great, I loved the eggs, muffins, cereal selection, variety of coffee vs tea. (I couldn't figure out how to get the pancake maker to work- I wasn't the only one, I don't think there was batter out? but that's okay.) The bed was comfortable and I loved the rounded shower in the bathroom. The lighting was also very good in the room.

The TV did not work in my room. We could not get any kind of satelite connection. I was hoping there would be a smart TV with at least a Netflix option. The toilet paper is very low quality.

This is a beautifully decorated place to stay with art on the walls typical of the Santa Fe area. The breakfast room is also lovely. The gym is well equipped. Plenty of places to park close to the entrance. There are luggage carts which help you get all of your things to your room with ease. Breakfast was better than the last few places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again. There is an elevator to get you to the 2nd and third floors. Great range of TV channels from which you can choose. Fridge, microwave and a tea/coffee maker.

No tea was available in the room, only coffee.

This property truly impressed me with its secure and quiet location – I felt very safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were all exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub area were a highlight, offering a wonderful space to unwind. Our room, while perhaps a little compact, was perfectly adequate, especially considering the fantastic value this property offers. And speaking of value, the breakfast was a real treat – much better than I expected! We were so pleased with our experience that we've already decided to make this our regular spot. Highly recommended for its location, friendly staff, great amenities, and excellent value!

Our room in Santa Fe had a noticeable musty smell when we first checked in with the AC running. We decided to turn off the AC, open the windows to air it out, and go enjoy the pool. So glad we did! Came back to a lovely, fresh room and had a fantastic time at the pool.

I REALLY liked this motel. Some reviews mentioned small rooms but I actually prefer a small cozy room when I travel alone. I felt perfectly safe here and the place was super quiet, even though I did have neighbors and the parking lot seemed fullish. I did not eat breakfast but I looked it over and there were lots of hot options. I did not bring my dog but was told they have 4 pet friendly rooms at $25 a pet. Good to know!

The TV had several channels in the guide that did not work when clicked on, but plenty worked good. The place seemed just a little frayed at the edges, but in a homey way, not gross at all.

We always enjoy staying at the Inn at Santa Fe. The artwork and seating area are always inviting when guests arrive. Love the breakfast. Just wish there was another meat option (ham or bacon). Love that there's a pool. Jacuzzi. And sauna.

If you're looking for a typical hotel room this is not that. it is more than just a hotel room. It's an art gallery. Many hotels don't focus on the ambiance, no art. No music, no atmosphere. The Inn at Santa Fe may not be like other properties but we feel like this is a Plus.

Location is great if you're just stopping for a night, right by the interstate. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample, the usual choices with some hot ones. Rate was very reasonable for Santa Fe.

If you're staying for more than a night and wanting to go downtown it's a bit of a drive. There's really nothing much nearby for entertainment. The outlet stores next door are as close to vacant as can be without being completely defunct. Property was very clean except for the carpet on the stairs from the lobby to the second floor. Old and stained and looked like hadn't been vacuumed for quite a while. Easy and inexpensive fix to improve the appearance of the lobby.

The hotel was a great price for the location and quality. The location was not too far from downtown Santa Fe (not walking distance - about a 15 to 20 minute drive). The area felt safe and the rooms were clean. The breakfast area was nice.

The view from our rooms (2) would have been nice but the windows needed cleaning badly. The room with two queen beds was not very large but adequate. The air conditioner was a bit rattly and squeaky. The hotel rooms could be updated a little bit but were not bad at all.
