$200 charge for not cancelling room in time. I think. I believe the reservation had a problem and booked an extra room. I realized it when I checked to see if our rooms were booked. The payment was taken when we checked in,,

The location was good. The area was quiet. The breakfast was good and different every morning. The rooms were nice and quiet.

There are not enough entrances and a long walk to your room. Air/ Heating unit turned on and off continuously. The breakfast area was too small.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was clean and the location was great. Close to shopping, food, and necessities.

The parking was very tight, being in a full size pickup did not help. If you are in a compact car, the parking is probably adequate. The pool area was so warm, it was not comfortable to sit in N for long. The kids had a blast though.

The breakfast area and lobby were well maintained. Staff were great and ready to help.

This is maybe Santa Fe in general. The main road where the hotel is located is sort of funky. Unfortunately, there are a lot of unhoused people who are struggling.

The breakfast menu and food quality were outstanding. The ladies that prepared the food deserve a special "Thank you"!

The retail parking next to the hotel was a gathering point for less fortunate individuals suffering from drug addiction.

Ample parking, close to everything. Exercise room, ice machine pool, hot tub, free breakfast and laundry are nice amenities.

Pool and hot tub needed maintenance. Water level low and hot tub needed ph balance and chlorine.

Really appreciate the way the staff treated us, we had been driving for hours and were really tired!

It's understandable that check in is 3pm-12am Too bad there isn't a 24hr check in

Easy to access. The room was comfortable and very clean. Nice shower products mounted in the shower :) Great assortment of pillows. Fridge was cold and ready to use.

The shower heads are way to HIGH and the spray pattern was wide by the time it hit my height. The floor got soaked. I would like to have had 1) a head that could be adjusted by sliding on a pole or 2) Better Yet .... a hand held shower as this would meet everyone's needs. I can only imagine trying to shower a child. The walls could definitely use some paint. The in room coffee lacks a lot, I would rate it a "1"

Breakfast was good . Switching off the menus would been nice. There for a few days eating same warm breakfast isn't too appealing. Just saying. Options were good overall.

Only thing I didn't like were the tamales during breakfast..didn't taste authentic.

I reserved this property because of the pool and hot tub both were not working this is something that should be mentioned when booking a trip especially after a long day it’s always great to get in the pool and hot tub
