Great breakfast and convenient location

Ground floor room was nice as we traveled with small dog. Restaurant was in walking distance!!! That was perfect!!!

They didn't add my Hilton rewards to my account because I booked through a third party. I had to book quickly as our travel plans changed unexpectedly. Some hotels will still add Hilton Rewards to my membership for the one night stay - this particular Hampton hotel did not. I was disappointed.

The room was nice and the elevator was prompt and clean. The ambiance of the hotel was very nice and everything was clean and modern. The beds and bedding was excellent.

My room had not been vacuumed properly as my little Chihuahua kept eating crumbs off the floor, which made her sick the next day. Also, there was not hot water for tea later in the day, and our room ran out of kleenex.

The staff were nice. Especially the young man in the late afternoon. Sorry I did not get his name.

In our first room our automatic shades did not work. One would rise the other would not so the young man gave us a different room on a lower floor

The comfortable pillow topped beds and their pillows are super soft and plush. Plus, their Continental breakfast is a generous spread and they always have Coffee, Decaf, Hot Tea, Hot Coco.

Nothing to complain about

Freshly renovated location. Comfortable room. Great staff. Breakfast was well prepared. Good location for access to downtown and al points, including restaurants.

Cleanliness, friendly housekeeping and kitchen staff. Chocolate Chip cookies and Orange Water at the front desk. Room was nice, roomy.

I still have not received an emailed receipt for our stay. I asked for a printed one on the day of check out, Sunday July 17th. Front desk personnel said it would be emailed to me. Usually I get one under my door. I'm not sure the front staff know what they are doing. I have checked my checking account and the amount for our stay was posted and now it's not. I will be contacting my bank. The pool was closed for repairs. We booked 2 mountain view rooms and only one had views.

The breakfast was standard, the coffee mediocre but the decor and ambience were wonderful. Good linens, great water pressure, quiet rooms.

It would be nice to have more wholesome food for breakfast, less preservatives, and have whole milk as an option.

I did not like the parking situation. There was not even parking. I also did not like the breakfast hours. We needed to leave early to get on the road, I wish breakfast had started at 3.
