I accidentally booked a smoking-room, but the lady at the reception gave me another non-smoking room without any questions or additional fees.

The area around the Motel is not so pleasant. Fine if you just stay there for the night, but walking around is not recommended.

Staff was very attentive and switched our room when requested. We found something that wasn't cleaned up and the front desk apologized and got us a new room!!

Pay closer attention to cleaning rooms. Found a used needle and syringe on the headboard.

Great hotel in Santa Fe - it is not in the downtown but if you have a car you can get there in minutes. Everything was ok - I read a lot of reviews about the homeless roaming the place - they have some kind os shelter 1/2 mile away - that is why they are there but they are harmless - book this hotel - don't worry!

I liked that it was in a good location close to does and easy to get what I need

The beds... but I get it. It's a motel 6 so you get what you paid for. But they accommodate with pillows.

I have stayed at many Motel 6s, and this was the best kept and presentable. Lighting in the room is always an issue. This time, there was no light over the chair and work area.

I boomed a non smoking room, but was originally put in a smoking room they corrected the situation but I was late for a meeting because I had to change your rooms.

We like the shower

We had the second floor if only we could had the first floor we had family members that had bad back and bad knees my daughter has autism and didn't like the stairs

Front office the lady with tattoos on her sleeve cannot remember her name but she is a very very nice respectful sweet heart great customer service and helps u any way possible that she can

Rooms were very clean and cozy and just perfect

Remote location and sketchy and way too expensive. I would pay that for same rooms in downtown.
