I like all the workers they did such a very awesome job. They gave me a very comfortable stay and they welcomed me like their guest and their 2nd Ohana.. Mr. Rommel & ms. Donna are so very helpful and whenever I have a problem they would always ask did you need any help I’m here along side with the crew to provide your needs during your stay.. Mr. Rey the chef every morning wow? He ask us if we want pancakes in the morning we wake up through a very delicious made breakfast fruits, coffee water & orange juice. (Free breakfast) nothing can go wrong with it. I give them a 5 star. Will come back for sure.. *sandy*

It was the cleanest hotel ever! Absolutely spotless, all amenities without exception. Just came from a fancy Lahaina resort (major disappointment as far as cleanliness, it was nice to have clean, very clean room. Upon checking out we learned it was recently renovated. Excellent job!!!

The breakfast foes not match the high quality of the hotel. Poor choices (egg patties standing in water) Old, outdated bread/bagel toaster (minimal expense compared with renovations). Generally low quality not healthy food choices. Pl change it for a fee and provide a small buffet with farm-fresh vegetables & local fruits. Your guests ( just by looking around) would appreciate it more (especially before the departure flights).

The hotel is brand new/ It had only been open for two weeks at the time of our stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we could smell that everything was new... It honestly felt like we might have been the very first guests to stay there. he room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. We booked it last minute around 11 PM after leaving another place where we didn’t feel comfortable. Despite the short notice and late arrival, the reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location is also excellent very close to the airport and just a short drive from some beautiful beaches.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. If we had to mention one thing, it would be the $15 per day charge to park our car right in front of the hotel, which felt a bit unnecessary considering the location and overall experience. Still, that was a small downside in an otherwise excellent stay.

Convenient location. Beautiful view of the ocean. Shuttle and hot breakfast is a part of the resort fees.

Difficult to get a shuttle that was marketed as free. The hotel phone numbers do not work so you can’t contact anyone at the guest services from outside the hotel even if you call the national 800 number.

Lovely room on the north shore with bay view, decent bathroom and friendly staff with a cool thanking ceremony just before sundown.

Breakfast felt like a motel breakfast, a bit limited.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing.

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like or enjoy.
