The staff was wonderful. The place is close to the airport, it's clean, the beds are comfy as far as I can tell, and I have fast check-in with really awesome staff. All I really need, hence the high rating. I would not come here for holidays or with my partner, but as a transit hotel, it's as good as any. I chose this place because it was the closest to the airport and had stellar reviews. Likewise, I concur with most of the reviews and therefore recommend this place to any overnight traveler having an early flight. The free homemade brownies were spectacular!

I don't like how you don't really know the final price you have to pay on booking, and you the added margin is surprisingly high. Booking even mentions that there might be an additional fee, yet fails to transparently show what it is for during the booking process, so the client would have a comparative advantage between offers. Still don't know why I paid an additional 20% on my night rate for something, supposedly. But this seems to be the Israeli way of doing business. Always add something on top of the price. The same happened with the cab driver. It just leaves a bad taste for people coming from countries where it is the law to have a final price communicated and established before the service or product is fulfilled, with clear agreements on what it is you pay for.

It is a functional hotel where all basic requirements are generously provided . Free secure parking , excellent breakfast , very clean , easy access to BenGurion airport , Happy hour at 5pm where light dinner is served for free .the hotel is embedded with a small mall with a large pharmacy ,eateries, gifts etc

The location is convenient for the airport and the hospital Assaf HaRofeh but Not to the main cities or touristic sites . We spent a lot of time stuck in traffic jams at all hours of the day

The entire facility was beautiful. The evening "Happy Hour" was a very nice surprise. The free shuttle to the airport was also a very nice surprise. Overall, I will definitely stay again.

There are two elevators available at the ground floor entrance. The one on the left opens, but all of the floors require a key to set. The elevator on the right does not. Some form of signage that tells hotel guests to use the elevator on the right would help avoid confusion.

Check in was easy. The evening "snacks" were good and sufficient for a light meal. We had to depart before breakfast, but the buffet looked delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was helpful with taxi information and reserving the shuttle the next morning.

We left before breakfast and asked for a take-away breakfast. We were given a bagel-cheese sandwich which was fine. However, the whole pieces of fruit were too heavy so we left them. I think a little more thought to the bagged breakfast would be appreciated.

Staff were very helpful and arranged a courtesy early morning ride to the airport. Breakfast was very substantial and varied. I liked the simple, modern decor and the room was big and very clean. Wifi was good enough for me to do remote work from the hotel.

Sound insulation between rooms and the rooms and hallway could be improved a lot and I lost a lot of sleep because of noise. I thought the price was exorbitant for what was offered, but I believe that's normal for Israel and specifically the area.

It is a nice place, with a big and comfortable room, a cosy rest zone, tasty breakfast, and 24-hour coffee available. Transfer includes.

There was a strange story about the price. Booking gave a price with VAT 17%, but the hotel was sure that this price was without VAT. So, from my side, it feels like I paid 17% more. I believe it was a misunderstanding. But better to check the price with the hotel directly if you want to stay.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, good wifi, happy hour great!, and breakfast is excellent! The staff is very nice too. free shuttle to the airport very modern and clean and fast.

I booked this hotel because I needed to go to the airport in the morning and they offered a shuttle service. My daughter and I were on 2 different flights at different times. One shuttle was free, the second was ridiculously expensive, I paid almost as much for a taxi to Tel Aviv when I arrived in Israel (both cab and shuttle were at the same time of day on a Saturday).

My wife just gave birth and she was after surgery, the staff went above and beyond to assist us and take care of our well-being during these sensitive times. Apart from that, they always showed interest in both my wife and the newborn baby, which is something that we don’t take for granted. In terms of service and comfort - the hotel is designed in a stunning way and the service provided by all parties is courteous and caring.

This hotel offers a great breakfast spread and has very nice rooms. It is very close to a food court as well and a convenience store. The airport shuttle (to the airport) offer is a great addition.

We needed transport also from the airport to the hotel, but, although we contacted the property, this option was not offered and we were instructed to get a cab. Having an option to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport as well, would have made the difference.
