Breakfast: meet the standard - bread, croissant, jam and butter, egg, ham and meat, fresh fruit, toaster was broken, fresh juice, coffee is normal. Dinner: good food with reasonable price Sound proof: unexpected it was quiet for me, did not hear any sound Room: water boiler, coffee machine, welcome drink is small bottle of water, bath rob, slipper, soap only (no shampoo nor body wash), body cream, normal plug & USB charging portal next to the bed Parking: only the public parking near by Facility: did not have time to use

Would be great to have parking included tea selection: only fruity tea but no basic earl gray or english breakfast

Breakfast, location, but…

It is confusing to have 2 separate hotels under one name, so when searching on Google maps we couldn’t find Martin’s Suites - only Martin’s Agora. And the parking…until you check in you HAVE to park in the main underground car park, before finding the hotel, and THEN finding the secure hotel parking. All very confusing, and more expensive. No information pre visit about how you should do this..

Nice, clean room with a fridge (ex mini bar), coffee maker, comfortable bed. Breakfast has very wide selection so breakfast was very good (sadly we didn't have much time to eat). Good soundproofing.

From nearest parking place it wasn't easy to find the hotel which was still very close. But as we had a lot of luggage it was little not so nice. We managed to find a lift when asking couple of persons. Stairs would be mission impossible.

Nice staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed. TV system was great, can cast your own content, connect a computed or just watch the channels.

I am vegan and breakfast had very few options for me to eat. Otherwise, that was rather good selection of food.

Very nice hotel in the city center (you can't go there by car), restaurant, piano bar and lovely swimming pool, wellness center and well equipped fitness room. A very calm and relaxing stay.

I liked the location, it was quiet, peaceful and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The room was very spacious.

I didnt really like the bed as my double bed was two single mattresses pushed together so the middle of the bed was not comfortable

We had a lovely room with kitchenette access, all new and clean, very comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I really enjoyed the spa facilities - sauna, hammam, pool.

There was no sink in the toilet, so you have to cross the whole room to reach the one in the shower, touching doors with dirty hands…

Easy acess, the hotel had a nice decoration. The spa/pool was ok. The breakfast had variety and healthy food. The staff was friendly.

The time allocated and extra price to be able to use the spa/pool, 20euros per personne for only 1h is too much and kids can only go in the afternoon.

The beds are unbelievably comfortable

The €30 early check in charge. My daughter needed to sleep before sitting an exam. The room was obviously empty so I’m not sure they needed to charge €30.

Great hotel in the middle of centre and amazing bedrooms and spa. Great breakfast!

Everything was fine, the temperature of the pool could be slightly warmer.
