The spa was amazing especially as it was complimentary for guests. Very pleasant surroundings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The access to drinking water was really great.

Bedroom; The pillows were too hard/full and there was only 1 each with no other choice. Not enough milk or beverages each day (just 1). I’m sure that the hotel would have resolved both of the above if we had asked but for the benefit of others then it should be done already. The charging points were very very slow. Bathroom; Our room taps were very hard to turn and when using the top shower the water flooded out into the bathroom! The lighting was far too dim also. (Room 17)

The combination of fitness club, spa and hotel is a very nice setting. Very good for anybody who wants to start a business day with an early morning workout and finish in the newly renovated spa which is open until 22:45. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Nothing much negativ to say. The location could perhaps be a bit better but if you are somebody who likes a 7mi walk, you will reach Tomberg metro station and you can go directly to the city center or the EU institutions without changing metro.

The refillable water bottles are a brilliant way to save on plastics and it works really well with the refill stations in the hotel. The wellness, pools and spa were also quite nice and brought us the peace and relaxation we needed. The entire facility was clean and well put together and the airconditioning in the room was on point. All in all, a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel.

Our room (19) was not quite built straight, especially around in bathroom, the floor lights did not work and the HDMI input point was broken. Half the light switches did nothing (at least not that we could figure out). It didn't bother us that much (since we could stream to the tv and non-functional buttons can just be seen as ornamental) but it's a small matter of attention that might be addressed in the future.

Beautiful room, very comfy beds. Super helpful staff, exceptional health club and spa. The sauna, Hammann, garden sauna, Japanese garden with quiet space, pool, jacuzzi, gym are awesome. The hotel & spa are 10 minutes walk from Tomberg metro station, meaning a 20 minute metro ride into central Brussels. There are some fabulous restaurants nearby as well eg Coin Coin. Also, bar well stocked with nice selection of Belgian beers and selection of cocktails in their very comfortable lounge.

Very minor detail, but Breakfast plates cooks be bigger!!

Overall we were very positive impressed by the divers and reach family sport facilities. This is a sport/country club location with hotel & restaurant facilities. Everything we were looking for the weekend get away with 2 small kids was there: swimming pools and play grounds for kids, sauna and many sport lessons and machines available for the adults. The large suite/ family room was comfortable and well equipped. Indoor garage with plenty of parking spaces was also great. We arrived on Friday and left Sunday with no need to leave the premises, recharged and looking forward to return soon. There is so much more to enjoy and discover there both for us as for the kids. They look forward to a 4 days camp and/ or the kids club in the future. This aria of Brussels looks very nice, quiet in the weekend and very safe. A very nice touch: the Clarins shampoo, shower gel & body milk available in the bathroom as well as in the locker rooms of the wellness area. Love it! They smell great! The drink water supplies available on the hallway were great to have.

Nothing in special bothered us. Some improvement suggestions: - in the bathroom : a vanity kit; some more hangers for the towels, maybe a drying towel heater; a little lader for the kids to reach the sink. The nice bathtub in the room should have had a shower attached to make the experience complete. We had to bring the kids in the shower to take the foam off their bodies 😅. They love that bathtub 🛁 in the family room. - the sofa bed was great to have, a thicker & harder mattress top would be more comfortable

My wife and I needed a hotel where to stay before moving out of Brussels (and Belgium) permanently, and after long days of packing boxes at the house we were going to vacate, we really needed a very good rest, and that is what the hotel provided. We ate breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed the Aspria's pools, saunas and relaxation areas including sunbeds on what were thankfully sunny days. We only left the hotel for the last administrative tasks before leaving Belgium and we looked forward to just unwind in the hotel, away from the permanently busy Brussels. Everything was good and straightforward. No hassles at all. The hotel has an underground garage and the metro line 1, which takes you to many of Brussels' main attractions, is only a few minutes walk away.

Not much to dislike, to be honest. Just to mention something, maybe there could be a wider choice of hot meals during breakfast. But it is not a big deal. The food was good, which is the most important thing.

Friendly and helpful staff Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Good facilities, I wish I had had time to take more advantage of them.

Others enjoyed the food, I was not too impressed. For example, with the scampi, there was very little scampi, very little crisp and tasty veg, but a huge amount of very squidgy vegetation that I could not define (courgette, aubergine?). Not very impressive, not good value. Breakfast, far too expensive. Very poor value. Overall though, this should not put you off because others enjoyed the food, so maybe I was just a little unlucky and everything else was of a high standard.

As usual, its lovely to have swimming pool and sauna included, and i could also take a yoga mat to the room, for my streching; very helpful friendly staff as usual; as air conditioning didn't work properly in the room, they did a quick check and requested a company to come and check and it was fixed then

I got a room last one available as i arrived during the night, because of the train evacuation during the trip Brx-Lux; and it was not the best one, i will avoid it next time

The room was amazing. Big and comfortable. The food at the restaurant, outstanding.

The spa facilities were more dated than the pictures advertised. The larger pool was only for swimming laps. The second pool is very shallow and for little kids. Both options difficult when you have teenagers. The jacuzzi cold. The whole thing was run like a gym, the hotel side had little to no service. Not what I expected.
