Location was great, a bit of a drive from the Soekarno-Hatto airport but once you're there it's close to lots of things. Grateful for the 24/7 hotel staff because I arrived really late and the check-in process was really smooth. Facilities were really good, I didn't know about the free laundry and the pool looked really inviting and fun. My room had everything I needed, and was beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed staying there - oh and the breakfast buffet was delicious too!

The interior design of the hotel is very pretty. I just want to take pictures everywhere. The laundry services are free and conveniently located. The room is super clean and cozy. The staff are very helpful and hospitable. It was easy for us to go everywhere since it is centrally located. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The breakfast selection is very basic and repetitious.

Firstly the staff were amazing, all friendly and welcoming. Could easily communicate in English with them.they were so helpful to me and the kids. I loved the pool, which we spent many hours in, booked both the table tennis and tennis. we stayed at 3 hotels while visiting Jakarta. This place was unbeatable by far. Resturant was all value for money, fine dining dinners at its best with great service from the staff! Breakfast had a good selection in the buffet. We loved the egg station! I will 100 per cent be back in the future. I feel so refreshed from this experience as a holiday should be!

Fabulous boutique hotel, incredibly friendly staff, and great breakfast, also the comfiest beds I've slept in this entire trip. Absolutely loved that you could also sunbathe by the pool, and if you fancied it play tennis or table tennis too. There's even a laundry room in case you need to wash your clothes.

The pool is lovely, but very shallow. Great for kids, not so great for lengths, but we still enjoyed it for a quick dip. Would be good if there was a free water refills to save on plastic bottles, somewhere in reception. Encouraging guests to refill water and help reduce plastic waste.

The property was amazing. It was better than what the pictures showed. I was truly impressed with the set up and decor of the hotel. The staff was amazing as well especially Sebastien at the front desk. There are people that just do their job and they can careless about anything else and then there are people like Sebastien who care about the job that they do. He represented everything that a hotel front desk person should be. I’m a vegan and I came down for breakfast the first day and beside the fruit and salad bar there wasn’t anything for me to eat. So I asked Sebastien and he went back and forth with the kitchen staff on my behalf. He then came and said look today there’s nothing we can do because it’s a national holiday and we’re just stuck but tomorrow we will have food for you. Sebastian wasn’t even there the next morning and as soon as I walked down the staff had a special meal for me. You can’t train that or teach it and Sebastien is special to have that care and compassion. I know he does it for all the people he encounters. The rest of the staff was amazing as well .

The only thing I have against the hotel is that they should have vegan options for those of us that are vegan. They have fruit and a salad bar but a little bit more would be good.

The location was very good. It was located one street behind a boulevard. So it was very quiet. The rooms were clean, larger than it look like on picture. Their is a refrigerator that is not mentioned in the description. It was a nice suprise. Staff were very kind, and their level of english was very good. It was easy for communication and for request. The hotel is beautiful and it's all renovated or new building, I'm not sure. It has just opened in march or april 2024. Sebastien at the reception was amazing. We were a couple with a 7 month old daughter. It was weird on the booking site that they recommended only the family room, but we contacted the hotel, and they told us that we could ask a cot in our room for a baby. The buffet was nice with local and Western meals. A nice variety of dishes. The rating at the moment we booked the room was 9.2/10. It lives up to the hype.

Sometimes "long" wait for the elevators, but nothing significantly.

The area is not too big, but big enough for my kids to play around The laundry facility best! The location is in central so easy access to go to nearby attraction like Sabang, Thamrin, near my aunts place, etc The pool small but still manageable The tennis court, awesome Breakfast area also nice, they change some of food (i stay 2 nites( It's good, we enjoy our stay~ They have chicken master nearby, superb~

I thought the room was a bit smaller than we expected I book a family room, me and 6 kids a bit cramp but manageable (2 teens, 1 boy, 3 babies) The waiter who help with breakfast, the male one doesn't really smile and take our plate without asking, eventhough it's already finish breakfast time but I think more polite if he asked and have a smile on his face more The lady, a bit more helpful and wore a smile everytime we saw her

We loved Ashley so much that we decided to stay for a little bit longer.

On the last day, my wife unfortunately fell ill, passed out and hit her head on the wall. I asked the front desk for help, as she was feeling very ill and weak, fainting. The staff member provided an extra pillow and a blanket (my wife was laying on the bathroom floor) but was unable to help with getting her a drink. I had to leave her alone for some time to get some juice from the breakfast bar as she was on her own. Perhaps the issue was lost in translation, but maybe in similar future cases further assistance could be provided. Thank you however to the staff and our stay was otherwise perfect.

Friendly staff, who really were trying to find answers to my less common questions on taking the bus in Jakarta. Nice design of the room and a nice view. Although a bit hard, the bed was comfortable. Good and changing breakfast.

The light flashing from the smoke detector. The tray in the enormous shower is located exactly where my left elbow was when showering. So bumped my elbow more than once. The music in the breakfast room, especially the first two mornings. Horrible cover versions were played way too loud. On the other mornings it was instrumental music on a lesser volume, much better for enjoying the good breakfast.
