The WiFi. The WiFi connection is super unreliable. Kept getting thrown out of the WiFi network 20 + times per day. Needed to call the reception multiple times a day to get the systems refreshed. Food. Hot food is only catering for Indian travellers. Only option for non Indian is fruit, cornflakes and cakes.

Rooms were decent and staff were friendly and courteous.

Pool water was very dirty. Reason they were trying to give was rain.... however it appears that the filteration system was faulty.

Breakfast was very good

Absolutely no shade around the pool and staff that were meant to be cleaning there put their own music on full volume and were jumping in the pool

From 2 nights we extended to one whole week. Pool: The infinity small, though small is divine, overlooking the coconut trees. Clean. Only three deck chairs but the roof top could definiyrly he transformed in a nice sunset location with drinks and seats. Restaurant: We ate a lot at the restaurant which has a cosy, clean ambience. The staff speak well and were able to understand our needs. Breakfast is varied and also very personal, yet professional. The room was cleaned everyday up to mark. Location: not in the miggle of a busy area, wpuld have preferred something a bit livelier surrounding. Airport transfer :1500 rupees which is reasonable. All in all a great experience.

Breakfast was amazing. Substantial with plenty of choice of savouries, sweets and fresh fruit and salad. Staff couldn’t do enough to please.

I hadn’t realised how far from the beach it was. As the weather was poor, this was less important than it might have been. Also, possibly my mistake, but didn’t realise it had no licence to sell any alcohol. Hotel happy to arrange excursions and taxis at very reasonable rate. Despite being a white woman on my own, I felt completely safe and welcome.

The pool was fabulous, the food was great. It’s nice and clean, you can tell it’s a new hotel. The TVs in the room are smart so you can sign into Netflix etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful

We did sometimes get a sewagey smell coming from our toilet in the room, not sure is this something that could’ve been fixed or not, we didn’t ask as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Calangute is probably not the nicest area in north Goa, beach not very clean, all the western food places and nightclubs are more in Vagator, but worth the 20 min taxi to stay here

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Only water wasn't pure clean.... Out of our 3rooms bathroom 1 bathroom was stinking badly...

The infinity pool was the best part of the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also pretty good. Just maybe there was less continental options. But overall food quality and taste was amazing.

Nothing much. Just that because of the weather, there could be moisture and a bit mold in the room. Bit the staff was nice enough to change our room because of that. Also the other room that we had booked didn't have a door for the shower. Only a curtain. So all the water used to come out.

The hotel was just great. A room with a balcony, a pool up top, room service and a complimentary breakfast. Big comfy bed, giant shower with a blind so you can watch TV while showering. Good room service and food, and a pool that overlooks Goa is just great.

Only the slightest of niggles, like leaving loud bombastic music on at the pool, but I was able to turn that off. And some miscommunication while ordering stuff on the phone, although that's probably my accent more than anything else

Ambience We stayed for 2 nights at this wonderful 4-star property, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s ambience was fantastic — elegant, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The in-house restaurant was a treat, serving delicious dishes that made every meal memorable. But the real showstopper? The rooftop swimming pool! It was the highlight of our stay — perfect for relaxing while enjoying a beautiful view. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.
