Staff - every single one of them, lovely and friendly people. The room - nice & spacious. The pool area - probably the best part of the tenuta. Beautiful pool, nice views, amazing vibe. Food - savoury breakfast options are limited, but the overall quality is great, and the breakfast vibes in the outdoor area are top notch. Dinner menu is lovely, with great wine from their vineyard.

Shower - not sure if every room has this issue, but mine had no shower nor shower curtains. There's a nice bathtub in which I showered, yet splashed the entire bathroom every time i did so. Water in the room - some complimentary water in the room would be ideal.

Fantastic property! The restaurant, rooms, and property are gorgeous. The staff for the hotel and restaurant were so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent. We visited in the fall when the pool was covered, but I am sure when the pool is open this place is AWESOME!

The location is a bit far but if you’re going there to unwind and destress from the city life then this place is for you. I would recommended renting a car to get around. I loved the peace and quiet of the property, the friendly staff and privacy of the guests.

I think they should arrange shuttle service to and from the city. Like once a day after breakfast to go to the main city Center with a couple of stops. And then return by dinner time. Given the location of the properly I think that this would be a great addition to the services they offer.

The room was really nice. Nicely air conditioned. Beautiful pool area with a breathtaking view of surrounding vineyards. Romantic place with accommodating and friendly staff.

Breakfast was very simple. The stream from the shower head was too powerful for my taste, but I guess that could be positive for some guests.

The staff was very kindly. The big swimming pool was gorgeous. The environment was silent and quiet. The "house" wine was marvelous (Gold Medal Brussels 2022)

Excellent location to have a great and relaxing stay. Food is awesome and personnel is very gentle and collaborative. Great care of details.

Beautiful bedroom, king sized bed, lovely view of trees even on the north side. Exceptional dinner and wine. Amazing surrounding countryside and views, very quiet.

The main issues for us were how expensive dinner was with no option for a day menu when it’s quite a remote location. I’m also gluten intolerant and the gluten free options were quite limited. I had to mention my intolerance to the same staff member every day to be given some packaged bread each time. Quite hard seeing all the options on display (at least 5 cakes!) when that was my only option. The restaurant also closed one of the days so we had to find another alternative - we walked to another hotel nearby instead. The reception closed one day too so there was no one to contact overnight if we needed them. However this wasn’t an issue for us. We were there for 4 nights but were only allowed access to the spa facilities for 1 hour. We thought that restricted access to the spa in a spa resort was a bit mad. It’s also on a building site - the spa is on the other side of the road to the hotel and parts are still undergoing construction. Our booking also hadn’t been communicated to the spa receptionist so we were double booked with another family which wasn’t quite as relaxing as we’d hoped! No shower in bedroom, only a bath with hand held shower attachment and no curtain so water goes everywhere. The bath was lovely though. Also the water wasn’t replaced in the fridge every day and the tap water isn’t drinkable there so I feel like this should’ve been a given. We also asked to do wine tasting but it was booked out our first 2 days and then the person that ran it wasn’t there for the other two so we weren’t able to do it. It might have been useful for some communication that we needed to book in advance to make sure we got a slot. The fitness centre doesn’t exist yet despite saying there is one on this site. Apparently it’s not being built until next year. This was one of the reasons we chose this place so we’re quite disappointed to realise it wasn’t there…this needs to be updated on the booking.com site.
