Comfortable and Easy access , good management

Location location location. Close to shops, restaurants, intercity bus stops and connectivity to highways to New Bombay and Town. Great location. Value for money. 2 to 3 Star. Once the metro is done in another 3 - 4 years it will be a much more conveniently located place. Staff are averagely friendly. Mr Rodrigues was helpful and polite. This place has very very good potentia and needs to make the most of the opportunity.

Could be more cleaner, staff are friendly but not all of them. Rooms and "restaurant" could be cleaner. Could add eggs for breakfast instead of just only vegetarians offer.

One can easily order food from nearby restaurants. This is a basic, no frills hotel. The main advantages are - good location and economical room tariff. Overall, economical & good value for money.

Rooms are not properly maintained. Too many mosquitoes, cant sleep. No exhaust fan in toilet. Bathing area and commode area are at same level so when you take bath you have to walk on wet area.

I dint like anything about the property. It was very dirty and with cockroaches all over the places. Photos on booking.com are nowhere close to actual thing. Not recommended at all . I left the property in 2 hrs .

This hotel didnt meet upto expectations, there was nothing including the service that i liked instead found the room to be dusgusting and a lot of pests kept on running in the rooms like cockroaches and rats.

The service, how my guest was treated when he tried to check in, there was an insane pest problem(rats and cockroaches), the room wasnt cleaned at all.
