We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect eight-day getaway! As a couple, we found the “Jasmine” first-floor apartment (with easy elevator access) exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. When we arrived, the apartment impressed us with its spotless, spacious layout. There’s a generous bedroom and a bright main living area that opens onto a lovely balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is even a nice umbrella in case of a rainy day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home: cookware, utensils, a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee machine and even a dishwasher. The bathroom was equally well appointed—modern fixtures, plenty of storage, and a bidet-equipped toilet. We also appreciated access to the shared service room, which housed a washing machine, dryer, and iron—ideal for keeping our wardrobe fresh after days out exploring. Just a few minutes' stroll took us to the renowned thermal baths—pure bliss after a day of sightseeing—and the scenic Limmat promenade runs right alongside. Everything felt close enough to be convenient, but the apartment itself remained wonderfully peaceful. Our host, Marco, was responsive and friendly throughout. Before arrival, he checked in with us via WhatsApp to share check-in instructions, responded promptly to our questions, and even offered local tips that made our visit smoother. We left feeling refreshed, well-rested, and already planning our return.

We loved the location and the space. We particularly enjoyed having appetisers on the back terrace in the afternoon sunshine. The mattress was excellent, and the topper on the sofa was also extremely comfortable. Our host, Marco, was keen to please us with a little welcome treat and several tips on places to go to eat etc. He was also a great help with organising the parking card.

It was a shame that we weren't given the tip to book an evening meal in the Thai restaurant almost next door (or any other local restaurant which were all fully booked when we got there. Also, brunch tips amounted to frustration as they looked wonderful, but again, they were more than fully booked for the whole weekend. A couple of little shortcomings in the apartment: no middle-sized plates (side plates), no mugs, a dodgy tap in the kitchen and bedside lamps in the master bedroom (which all only seemed to work with a good bash!) and an extra comfortable chair would have been handy. We also strongly felt that there should be TWO duvets on the master bed as we were friends staying together not lovers. (Marco kindly helped us to find an extra duvet which overcame that problem ;)

The apartment is spacious, very clean, equipped with everything we could need, of high quality. The location is excellent, in the city center, a few minutes away from the train station. Marco cuddled us with lots of attention, provided detailed information in advance about the access to parking and apartment, and about places where we could have dinner and breakfast. He prepared very nice welcoming organic treats, which have been a very nice surprise for us. Thank you, we will come back.

This place makes you feel at home. It's strategically located by the river, within walking distance to the baths and downtown. Rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Host is very attentive and the whole building is nicely decorated. There is a great restaurant downstairs. We were upgraded and got a room with a balcony, which was just fantastic.

We would have appreciated some more French and Italian channels on TV. Especially the French-Swiss and the Italian-Swiss channels. Amazingly, we could watch channels from as far as Cuba and Saudi Arabia, but not the local national channels other than the German-Swiss ones.

We stayed for 3 days as a family and really enjoyed it. The apartment is new, very clean, with AC, elevator, and a modern toilet with water cleaning. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the shopping center. Marco was very helpful and gave great tips about nearby restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended!

Our stay in this apartment was simply great. It was clean, spacious and well furnished, kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Lovely view from the balcony and location is great, just a few minutes from the thermal bath. Check in was super easy. Many thanks to host Marco who was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

For a compact size room, it has everything we needed. TV, wifi, aircon (summer visit), complete kitchen, comfortable beds, bathroom with bidet (which we appreciate and rare in Switzerland), elevator to our higher floor room.

Car park was about 150m away, so not ideal but manageable if you are driving

The location is great. The facilities are very nice and the laundry facilities were a great bonus. The attached restaurant Dory & Du was superb.

The 4th floor rooms have mainly small dormer windows with almost no view and limited light into the room.

Beautiful apartment near the river. Marco the host was super friendly and communicative. I it all but as a IT nerd I was impressed by the modern USB-C connections by the bed ;-)

It’s an old building which is nice and a bit noisy at sometimes.

Perfect location, close to centre, station and thermal springs, right above a couple of really great cafes and yet close to mountains, next door to the river. Everything was perfect in terms of amenities, clean, and modern. Marco was super helpful and accessible even before we arrived, throughout our stay there and even after we checked out.

Nothing to not like, all was 👍🏽
