The location is city center within walking distance to notable museums and easily reached by tram from train station to and from Linz. Public transportation and shopping is close as needed. The response time for any inquiries is speedy, helpful, and positive. The Rilke apartments vary in sizes and have been newly re-done with great care including a full-size bathroom with washer and drying rack in our small studio. It was a totally peaceful and relaxing New Year's visit!!

Great location, really easy access. some great features like coin lockers to leave bags in for early arrivals or late departures. Decent amount of space, small but functional kitchen. The codes work well, the lift is reliable, the apartment had two showers and two toilets, a good washing machine and a drying rack. Small balcony was handy, although a bit cold for us this time so we didn't use it much.

Overall not much, there was oddly a lot of some kind of detergent or shampoo in the shower of the ensuite which I was able to easily wash away and was not the one that was in the dispenser. Made me wonder if the cleaner had actually cleaned the shower at all. However the rest of the apartment was very clean. Although there were only two of us in a 2 bed apartment it felt a bit cheap to only have two pillows in the entire apartment. I mean I guess it was about saving money but still we paid for the 2 room apartment I would expect a few pillows.

The location is excellent for Linz visitors. It is a 3 minute walk to the main business street (Landstraße) and trams, and 5 minutes walk to Hauptplatz. Beds, bathrooms, washer, and well-appointed mini kitchen make for a very comfortable stay. There is an elevator. It is convenient for arrival by train via the tram to Taubenmarkt.

The wifi was slow at best, and frequently non-existent, which made working from the flat impossible. But we were graciously accommodated with a conference room that had an excellent connection.

Apartment with Terrace is a really fine choice. Rilke apartments are located in dazzling modern building tucked in the historical Linz city centre - a literal stone throw away from Taubenmarkt. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen and separate bedroom - which can be entered from two sets of doors on either sides of the room, a spatious - and quite luxurious - bathroom as well as a small montage balcony with a street view. Since there are maybe three or four units on each floor you think for yourself that it might get noisy here sometimes - but actually the apartment's soundproofing is masterful to the point that you don't hear any noise from the neighbours even if You really make a concerted effort to hear something. The second you enter the apartment - you are in a world of your own - and this sense of isolation, tranquility and overall comfort of the place can't be overstated. If anyone suffers burnout syndrome or has a really light sleep - but still prefers city centre for its conveniences - Rilke apartments has got you covered. Also the apartment is very clean, well equipped and maintained. The hosts are really there for you and you get immediate help whenever you need it.

There are lots of apartments where everything looks perfect on first glance but the moment you scratch under the surface - a different picture emerges. Nothing could be further from the truth in case of Rilke's apartments. This place is through and through exceptional, What you see is really what you got, believe it or not.

The apartment is located near the central area of ​​the city. A quiet area. It is equipped with all the necessities. It was clean and the host was very helpful. The view is very nice.

We didn't like the fact that the dining area is separated from the sleeping area by a partition wall, which offers you privacy but not soundproofing. In our apartment, being smaller, the dining area had a table with chairs, not a sofa. I'm not saying it was bad, but it depends on what you want. It didn't bother us, but we only stayed for one day.

Super quiet apartment with thick walls and a cozy view of a church tower. In the stairwell, there are interesting illuminated texts and pictures of Rilke :)

Only the floor stitching bothered me. In fact, I had to keep the window slightly open all the time so that it wouldn't get too hot, and I couldn't control the intensity of the heating. Too hot at night.

The appartment was in central Linz and was well set up with amenities and a central area to eat and converse together. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was very helpful as we were travelling with our adult daughter.

The second bedroom was a little tight which was ok for us as we only had one adult sleeping in there but would be tight for two people to move around in.

Perfect unit for our requirements. Excellent location in Linz We had a minor issue with hot water and the management was on to it even before we notified him. Excellent communication 👏. Can highly recommend this accommodation , you won't be disappointed. If we return to Linz we will definitely stay here again

Excellent location, with easy access to public transport and eateries. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Keyless access works very well.

The road is a bit noisy, I would have preferred to leave the window open at night (but air con is provided). Some more coffee would have been welcome, and a better selection of tea.

The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.
