The Location was great.

The receptionists were friendly however the lady at the breakfast buffet was a tad rude it almost seemed like she was bothered by simple questions. She seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want anyone to talk to her. A smile goes a long way unfortunately this was the only bad experience about our stay. There’s a lot of unemployed ppl in Spain that would love her job.

Well located, welcoming and friendly staff. The 24 hour reception/bar service. Clean. Access to convenient and reasonably-priced parking facilities.

The room we were allocated for a family of 4 was a bit of a squeeze, but as we were only using it as a base for a trip to one of the islands, it had minimal impact. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and functional but a bit tired-looking.

Extremely central and close to train station, staff was super friendly and helpful, good breakfast buffet and the small pool and gym were great. And Vigo itself was a nice surprise!

Our room was pretty crammed with us all (4 people) in there - but very, very affordable.

Room was clean and well presented. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking. Location was walking distance to the Main shopping area. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Clean. Quiet. Modern bathroom with step-in shower. Small room, but comfortable. Helpful friendly staff. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.to restaurants and shopping

View of the exterior building walls. Small elevator/lift, could be a challenge if you have multiple pieces of luggage, or families with small children using a stroller etc.

Very clean, the 3 beds room was spacious enough, bathroom very clean and rather spacious, good pressure for water. AirCon functions. Didn't use the TV. Breakfast simple but very appropriate to start the day. Swimming pool small but water very good, not cold. Excellent staff, very helpful but discrete in the same time. We asked if we could stay a little bit longer after checkout hour at it could be possible with no problem! I would stay at this hotel again!

Staff was great and were very quick to work out an issue we had with our first room, breakfast was very good and well stocked

Rooms were a little small but sufficient, they were a little quirky in the design, had to sit sideways on the toilet to not hit my knees on the buday, not a show stopper by any means though, don't stay in the street-side rooms near the top of the building under the laundry room, weird pump sound every 5-6 minutes which caused us to switch rooms

Although this was a brief overnight visit, everything was fine and the staff friendly. I had a comfortable room and a good shower. Good value for money.

The room was spotless and well appointed. we arrived at 12 and were allowed into our rooms immediately, which was really appreciated. Staff were extremely helpful. we had lunch in the dining room ( menu del día for 13 Euros) and it was excellent.

everything was superb.

The staff at reception were so helpful and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the room perfect for me. I really liked the indoor pool so remember your swimming cap as you need one of you swim. If you forget they sell them at reception.
