The Location was great.

The receptionists were friendly however the lady at the breakfast buffet was a tad rude it almost seemed like she was bothered by simple questions. She seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want anyone to talk to her. A smile goes a long way unfortunately this was the only bad experience about our stay. There’s a lot of unemployed ppl in Spain that would love her job.

The hotel is an easy walk to the Bus station and shopping centre. There is a cafe also in the hotel where you can grab a coffee and a bite to eat without paying for the full breakfast and it's open all day. The location is also not far from the old town and the staff were very helpful.

Well located, welcoming and friendly staff. The 24 hour reception/bar service. Clean. Access to convenient and reasonably-priced parking facilities.

The room we were allocated for a family of 4 was a bit of a squeeze, but as we were only using it as a base for a trip to one of the islands, it had minimal impact. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and functional but a bit tired-looking.

Extremely central and close to train station, staff was super friendly and helpful, good breakfast buffet and the small pool and gym were great. And Vigo itself was a nice surprise!

Our room was pretty crammed with us all (4 people) in there - but very, very affordable.

Room was clean and well presented. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking. Location was walking distance to the Main shopping area. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

View of the exterior building walls. Small elevator/lift, could be a challenge if you have multiple pieces of luggage, or families with small children using a stroller etc.

Although this was a brief overnight visit, everything was fine and the staff friendly. I had a comfortable room and a good shower. Good value for money.

Lift small and slow.but not a problem at the price

The room was spotless and well appointed. we arrived at 12 and were allowed into our rooms immediately, which was really appreciated. Staff were extremely helpful. we had lunch in the dining room ( menu del día for 13 Euros) and it was excellent.
