The ambience and located between the plantations … amazing nature

I lil inconvenient as food is not served or made available on the property and the place is around half an hr to 45 min drive to the medikere centre place

The room was clean and big, with all modern facilities. Location is fantastic. Hygiene is maintained throughout the hotel. The food was delicious.

Greenery

Not clean. Toilets are bad. Shower handles broken. Breakfast is only served after 9am. Which is very odd. Linen not clean.

Overall, the property was nice, and the location was quiet.

The staff were not helpful, demanding to pay the balance payment before even check-in. They failed to provide decent w-fi, which is a must for this location, as there were no networks at all within a 5-10 km radius. Also they were not so engaging and failed to provide any additional services like bonfires and all.

Room size was big and room was clean. That was the only good thing about this property.

1. Terrible terrible wifi connectivity. It worked only when they needed us to make the payment. 2. Day 1 the staff told us that they do not have any food available because their chef is on a holiday. 3. Day 2 they arranged for the food but the quality was bad. someone booked a buffet so they made us eat food in our room. 4. ZERO Riverview. The rooms did not even have a window opening to some greenery.
