We loved our stay here! We had read some reviews that weren’t as positive but beyond the Wi-Fi not being the best, it was perfect! It has a really relaxing outdoor area, a lovely warm outdoor shower and a great pool. The room was very spacious, our AC kept the room very cool and the bathroom had a large shower and modern finishes. The bed was super comfortable with very soft bed linens. I miss my pillow already. The property is just minutes from many restaurants and Hiriketiya beach. We wouldn’t change a thing.

A mini fridge in the room would have been nice but nothing else!

We'd seen this villa on a previous visit and knew we wanted to stay here. The pool area is gorgeous and it is in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants. The room was lovely with high ceilings. There were a few power cuts while we were there which you can expect in the area so it means a cold shower every once in a while but that's fine when it's 30 degrees outside. The owners were always around if you needed anything. A fridge in the room would have been a nice addition to have cold water but other than that a great villa and would recommend.

Perfect location, spacious rooms with good aircon and WiFi and a very clean pool. The team at villa hiriketiya are so helpful and on hand 24/7 to help with anything you need (extra beach towels, arranging transport for the day etc). The location of the accommodation is ideal as it it on the main road leading up to hiriketiya beach (less than a five minute walk), and close to some amazing restaurants, bars and cafes, small shop and ATM. Definitely worth staying here if you looking to stay in Hiriketiya.

Beautiful Villa, amazing staff, stunning pool and garden, 3 min walk to Hiriketiya beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms. There is a kiosk in the road in front of the Villa which does the best coconut pancakes and rotis!

The shower does not work: the water does not become warm and the water pressure is low. I would recommend some clothes or towel hooks on the walls and a bigger table or surfaces in the room to put one’s small belongings on.

Perfect location, 2 minutes walking to Hiriketiya beach, amazing swimming pool with green surroundings and sunchairs, big spaceous room for all your luggage, the windows have mosquito nets instead of windows, so you can actually air out the room which is very rare and amazing! It's really clean, AC works very well and in combo with the fan even better with the high ceilings. The bathroom is clean and has everything you need. The care takers are super nice and helpful!

Having mosquito nets instead of windows comes with the price of hearing every word people on the patio are saying. For the same price you usually get shampoo and shower gel in similar accommodations. The beds are very soft. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing I could possibly down talk. It's an amazing place to rent!

This place is truly amazing with the best location (3 minutes walk to the beach). The beautiful garden features a lovely pool where you can relax all day. We planned to stay 7 nights and then extend for 7 more, changed rooms a couple of times, but we didn't mind :) The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Being a family-owned business, they assist with everything from arranging driver guides to scooter rentals and meals.

Given the price, breakfast should have been included. Some (small) maintenance issues, such as loose pool tiles or a broken gutter, could easily be fixed. Fridge in room would would be helpful.

We stayed in the family room. The room itself was large. Although there was just one ac, it was cool enough. I wish the room could have been lit more, lights were a bit too dull. Thats the only negative we had. The kids loved the pool. The lady in charge and her two daughters was very cordial and looked after us well. They had a sweet puppy called leo, whom the kids adored. All in all, great place.

Just the lights in the room. Enough lights but the lampshades limited the light.

Fantastic location and really great outdoor area. Family room was not newly renovated and slightly dusty, BUT the price and location more than made up for it. Very sweet host and lovely area 1 minute walk from the beach.

The pool is lovely and Mali and her family are so welcoming and helpful you just want to stay longer. Breakfast in the garden was really nice. The location is also great, not far at all from the beach. Absolutely bloomin loved our stay here, you will too.
