This has to be one of the best hotels that ive stayed at throughout my india trip. Interior and the rooms are cute, clean and well managed. Absolutely salute the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Staff are all very helpful, prompt, polite, service is exceptional. It is central to the train station, vaishnodevi temple, food and shops are within 5 minutes. A plus would be their utilisation of technology to better their services.

Services at buffet breakfast were really slow… waited for 20 mins for everything to be refilled and another 20 mins for a parantha.

Had a lovely and comfortable stay in bloom.very clean and staff were also very helpful n good.i hope they maintain it. Only 1 feedback, they didn't have complimentary pick up n drop off to n from ban ganga/ helipad, would have been great if that service would be provided

Ambience of the property was beautiful and vibrant. It’s at the prime location near main market in Katra. Staff and services were good. They have in house restaurant- food was amazing. It is recommended to all either for solo, couple, family or friends trip.

It was a very nice stay, everything was very clean. Location was perfect. I just have one feedback that there should be a hook to hang the towel in the shower area so that we don’t have to go around. Other than that everything was very good.

Cleanliness, Bed and Shower is best in class. Wifi, food, service was great. The bed was so good that I slept like a baby both the nights. Super clean all throughout the hotel. Best value for money.

I liked the ambience of the place and the very helpful staff. I really enjoyed the stay here. The hotel was very clean and hygienic.

Just one recommendation. They can decrease the quantity of the food they provide and accordingly decrease the price of the dishes.

Location

Some basic facilities were missing ie No bucket/mug, No Tap for bath, no proper facility for hanging cloths ( hooks/clips). No proper housekeeping etc etc.

Pick up n drop to Banganga will be helpful. But no complaints
