A comfortable stay overall. The hotel feels new and well-maintained and the room was nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, although it was quite squeaky. The curtains mostly blocked the sun, and the bathroom had plenty of towels along with nice shampoos and soaps. Check-in was fast and smooth and the cleaning staff were professional. I really have no complaints on that front. I would note that the swimming pool was a bit of a letdown. The water didn’t look clean at all. It was murky with lots of particles floating around which made it unappealing to use. Breakfast was on the lowest level of acceptable, but generally okay. We ended up bringing a few things from the store like hummus and some vegetables, which could easily have been offered at breakfast. Coffee and tea are available for free 24/7, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has a good laundry with new machines and the app payment worked perfectly, which was very convenient. Although the reception staff were totally professional and helpful the vibe was a little different from the usual warm chatty American-style service. It felt more like there were bouncers at the front desk but I have to admit it did make the place feel very safe haha. The location is great if you need to be near the airport. I would definitely come back.

The swimming pool could have been better; the water looked a bit murky with some particles floating around, so it didn’t feel as clean or inviting as I’d hoped. The bed was very comfortable, but it did squeak a little. Breakfast was quite basic, and we found ourselves bringing a few extras like hummus and vegetables from the store.

There isn't much to say, except that the deposit was charged without any mention of it in the rules. I expected the location to be within walking distance of LAX based on reviews, but that was clearly misleading. It's not close at all—maybe a short drive, but definitely not walkable. Uber was $55 at night, which is excessive for such a short distance. Walking? Absolutely not! You would have to go on a long detour to reach your final destination.

It was our second time staying here on the 4th of July and our stay was excellent. The staff were so kind in accommodating my husband and our baby to check in while I went to work. Our room was clean with a gorgeous view overlooking El Segundo. Best of all, the baby was able to enjoy seeing the fireworks without the noise! We couldn't have asked for more and can't wait to return in the future.

Parking could get really full late at night. Since I got off work after midnight, it was a bit difficult finding parking in the structures. Otherwise, a perfect stay all around!

Overall property was great. It was noisy, being so close to the airport. The staff seemed confused re: why we were checking out early & said me we couldn’t check out early because the booking was until the following morning. (we needed to check out at 530pm instead of the following morning, so booked 2 nights so we could have the convenience of relaxing at the hotel for the day / showering before our 15 hour red-eye flight back to Australia) I had to just leave the key at the counter & walk out as we had an international flight to catch.

I had a king suite and the size was amazing - almost 400 square feet. There was room for a desk, sofa, bar area, closet, and sizable bathroom. Everything was clean and cozy, and it felt wonderful coming back to the room every night. It is honestly one of the best stays I've ever had, and for much cheaper than I expected.

The location isn't super ideal, as there isn't much to walk to, but it's a very short drive to the airport and to where I had to go for work.

Parking was difficult because I arrived at around 10 pm. Practically no space left, and the lot is very narrow, hard to drive through, and park. I also felt quite unsafe trying to get out of the parking area and back into the hotel at night as the area was totally abandoned and not especially well marked. Breakfast generates so much waste with non-reusable plates, cups, and cutlery. This really seems unnecessary.

Modern, clean rooms. Helpful receptionists. Not exactly close to the airport (got to take 232 and then change to LAX shuttle), but location is still pretty good. Quiet, feels safe at night, walking distance to Ralph’s and In-N-Out. There’s an indoor swimming pool and laundry room but we did not have the time to use. Microwave oven and ice machine are available in the common area. The waffle station, that it has 2 machines and there is a variety in flavours.

Need to sign up as a member to use free wifi.

Beds are comfortable with a very room and bathroom. I appreciated the location and how convenient it was to places like Ralph's, Chick-Fil-A, In-n-Out, etc.

The parking garage arm was broken and we still had to pay the $20 per day parking fee. For all I know, people visiting the hotel could have parked for free meanwhile paying guests had to find parking in an adjacent parking garage to the hotel. This created a slight inconvenience as the hotel parking directly located under the building had charging ports for our electric car. The adjacent parking garage did not.

The bed was SO comfortable we had such a great sleep. The hotel is great for purpose as an airport layover hotel and the breakfast buffet was a lovely touch with the waffle maker. We had to linger all day for a 10pm flight and the staff at reception during the day were so nice polite and helpful. Really comfortable enjoyable stay.

I was actually planning on giving it a low review before I arrived for my stay due to whoever answers the queries through booking.com being so rude in their responses to genuine simple questions.

Overall good location, secure , rooms were clean and stocked.

We had a incident while we’re out , I received a phone call that the staff entered our room and searched our luggage to confirm who was occupying it . Completely unprofessional and I felt a HUGE violation of privacy. Upon returning that evening at 1am our key did not work to enter ( another inconvenience) . I spoke with the general manager Janis and she completely handled the situation promptly and professionally. Overall the hotel was good besides that situation.
