The receptionist was very nice, friendly and gave good advice. The atmosphere is good, the room is clean and worth the price. I travel there often and will definitely go back.

My next door neighbor was quite noisy as if something was being moved all night. I drove a long distance and was quite tired, but I couldn't get enough sleep... The kettle was quite unclean, there were stains inside. I tried to wash it but couldn't get all the dirt off, so I didn't dare to make coffee to drink. But it has some minor flaws, but overall it's good value for money.

We chose the property based on the location and it exceeded our expectations. Not only was the view wonderful but despite being on a busy site, it was very quiet. We could hear and see birds all day. The small town of Port Campbell was far better than we had expected. It is close enough to the major sights on the Ocean Road to be able to pop back to watch the sunrise, sunset and penguins (the Information Centre loans free binoculars to enable you to get a better view of these) The supermarket was great value for money and stocked everything you could need. There are several good cafes, restaurants and coffee shops. The road and pavements in the main street are being redeveloped so things will look even better in the near future. There are also some lovely walks in the area.

can't think of anything!

Liked that the studio cabins where separate from the Caravan area so it was quieter. The outdoor BBQ area was well equipped and exceeded our expectations for a BBQ area. It was very clean and plenty of seating.

Instead of the two seats and small table a table with two chairs would have been better so there was somewhere to sit when having breakfast. No hooks to hang up your towels as the towel rack in the bathroom was not easy to access as it was down beside the toilet.

Close to town and restaurants. Close to attractions

My hubby bought a bait, supposed to be pilchard & pippies. It so happened there was no pippies available but his card was already charged for the total of those two baits. Staff said she doesn’t know how to do the refund on his card. So my hubby told the staff if he can get 2 snickers as an exchange for the the refund, staff said he can. But it looks like the snickers were expired, it was watery. Ended up throwing it away🙁

Very tranquil space with parking right by the doorstep. Toilet was clean with good heating and water pressure, and kitchen was good for cooking. Beds were comfortable as well. Bunnies roam the grounds.

Kettle was disgusting and unusable, not sure if it just hadn't been cleaned in a long time or if the previous occupants cooked something in it and was missed in spot checks, but it was COATED in a thick mysterious brown substance inside and even the filter at the mouth of the kettle was coated in it after trapping all the clumps. Gave it a thorough cleaning with hot water and multiple boils but the taste of the water was still nauseating. We boiled water in a pot instead.

Loved the stunning family beach, gorgeous coffee and eateries close by. This was a gorgeous little town close to everything we wanted to see on the Great Ocean Road but allowed us to take the quicker more comfortable inland road (have two little kids), spend the night then take our time the next day looking at the sights. The staff were professional and friendly. There was a person staying in the park (without

We chose this accommodation for the location and value for money, it was close to the beach and Port Campbell walking trail. Overall a relaxing stay

Cleanliness could be improved. We couldn't use the kettle in our studio during our stay as it had traces of food in it. It didn't look like its been washed for a while. We however decided to use the one in the camp kitchen right across us instead so its not really a big problem

The cabin was very modern, spacious, light and clean. There were 2 seats outside, facing an attractive lawn with an external kitchen and covered dining area. The location, just a few metres from the main street, was very convenient, and the price was good, for a long weekend.

The cabin needed a small dining table and the bed was too firm for me.

My family and i had a cabin and it was well located close to the beach and other activities including walking to dinner and playground. for the 3 of us the cabin was quite spacious, we were not there to spend the day in the cabin so it met our needs well

i honestly can't think of anything that i didn't like about our stay

Large clean cabin. Good kitchen amenities and nice lounge dining area. Good satellite TV. Nice big balcony overlooking the creek. Enjoyed watching the rabbits and blue wrens in the grounds. Near the centre of town - walk to hotel, restaurants and cafes. Staff very pleasant.

No carpet areas but expected in a cabin. Small double bed with narrow space around, but linen quite good.
