The hotel was perfect for what we needed which was a two night stay so as we could visit the peace park and museum at Hiroshima. We caught a cab to the hotel as it's a bit too far to walk with your luggage but was an inexpensive trip, the hotel is in a pretty cool area, quite a few restaurants around, a few massage places around which we were not quite sure about, but a easy walk to the peace park and the shopping area. Nice comfy beds and a good bathroom. We didn't opt for the breakfast, we sorted ourselves out for that.

Very clean, had everything we needing including kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy to get buses and felt safe.

We had to walk through the red light district (sex buildings). Only a problem with kids as you have to explain why there is a picture of a girls butt in frilly undies.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very modern and comfortable and having a washing machine in the room is so convenient. They provide laundry pods too which is very nice. The tv is a good size and is a smart TV so you can log in and watch e.g. Disney + (and also it logs you out after each use so you don't have to worry about forgetting to log out). Plenty of USB ports in the room. Location is good, close to a bus stop, 7-11 & Family Mart right outside, plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to.

Providing oil & salt & pepper would be super helpful. Also, it would be better if the chaise lounge was a small couch so two people could sit and watch the tv.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family of three, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main shopping and dining areas, which made exploring Hiroshima a breeze. Our room was spacious and modern, offering all the comforts we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent, adding to our overall comfort. Additionally, it was only a 10-minute walk to the tram station, making it easy to access Hiroshima Station and the iconic A-Dome. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

There’s no luggage storage facilities.

The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean. It was great having the washer and dryer in the room. Ask at the front desk and they will give you English instructions. It takes agessss to wash and dry though and make sure you only half fill it if you want it to dry in the one round. Detergent is provided. We were able to walk to the peace park in about 30 minutes but there is a bus nearby also.

Small thing but we had a family room for 4 people with kitchenette but the smallest bin ever so felt like we had rubbish from food prepping and meals we brought back to the hotel always overflowing the bin.

I was truly impressed with the hotel room—it exceeded all my expectations. The space was generous, giving it a comfortable, open feel that’s hard to find. The amenities were equally impressive, with every convenience you could need thoughtfully provided. From the sleek decor to the high-end fixtures, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered. I can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Our room was exactly what I saw before I confirmed my booking for this hotel. It was a very comfortable stay in a functional room with almost everything we needed. The Wifi speed was relatively fast. The kitchen equipment and utensils were all in order to prepare a simple meal. The hotel itself was about 15 minutes' walk from the main shopping area and about 20 minutes' walk from the Atomic Bomb Memorial Park. You can even walk to Hiroshima station but with each of us having to move around with 1 luggage per person, we opted to take a bus and the bus ride itself was less than 10 minutes.

We were welcomed by a rather grumpy staff who could speak relatively good English but seemed to be in a bad mood and was rather hostile in answering our questions.

Great hotel with unique and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast and great coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to the Hiroshima Peace memorial, 2nd Street, Don Quixote and the Hiroshima train station. We experienced an earthquake while at the hotel. We received an alert on our phones. We felt the hotel bump up and down and sway side to side as we were on the 8th floor. The earthquake was a 6.5! The staff were not bothered at all by it and said it happens all the time. I have to say, I was scared. I suppose my review would be incomplete if I did not include the fact that the construction of the building seemed great and allowed one to be rocked to sleep like a baby whilst the tectonic plates moved beneath.

Great hotel with extremely spacious room (for four people), kitchenette (though we did not use it). The staff was very nice, they allowed us to leave the luggage near the small reception on the day of the checkout as we went to visit Miyajima. The hotel is also fairly close to the city centre (like 15min walking).

Not much choice for breakfast - either an egg sandwich or cereals with yogurt. But the coffee was great. Anyway, it's a great hotel, don't let the breakfast get in the way.

Seemed a newer facility. Very clean and nice. We loved staying. Tatami area with a table and zabutons provided warm home-like space and I found it relaxing. Enjoyed the bathroom with a nice big tub.

The hotel location is adjacent to an area crowded with massage parlors, which I felt awkward walking through looking for restaurants, although it felt quiet and safe. Walk to Peace Memorial Museum and the dome was in the other direction and enjoyable. Washer & Dryer combo was nice but did not dry well.
