The room was easily accessible and had all the essentials that one would have wanted. Was pleasantly surprised. Clean, well stocked with clean utensils.

The place was very cold and the only air conditioner in the room was a bit insufficient to warm the room with the hot air blowing in only one direction. But, the room was nevertheless comfortable. The place should have been better lit up; we landed at 6:30pm and firstly it was difficult to find the property and after entering the lane, we got lost trying to find the way to the reception. Was a bit frustrating.

Owners were very friendly & welcoming. The 'Rose' Cottage was immaculate. The veiws from the verandah of the gorgeous green hills were amazing. You can walk around the grounds, beautiful green areas to sit, friendly ducks to feed on the dam & sheep & chickens & plenty of birds. Gas fire in the lounge was so warm, heater in the bedroom, very comfortable bed, beautifully presented bathroom with heater light. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even a small laundry. We stayed 2 nights Aug, it was pretty cold!!

Excellent location - literally a minute away from Port Campbell. They have all basic necessary facilities at the site. Beautiful flower beds in the driveway - you can tell lots of love has been put into this place. The cabin with the kitchen had everything you need to cook a family meal. When I say everything, I meant everything. I had forgotten to bring salt in the past, but this place had it. I really felt like the owners put lots of care and effort to make the stays as comfortable as possible.

wow these cottages are amazing! the view from our room was just beautiful and you felt like no one was around you. The room was just so lovely with a fire like gas heater and the bed was super comfortable it was like home away from home. The location was just perfect as your just out of out of town but not too far that you can take a quick 20min walk to town or drive only 5 mins. Defiently highly recommended for a stay you wont be disappointed. The owners are so lovely and welcoming, very helpful.

Previously stayed here and was so pleased to be able to book the 2 bedroom cottage with the wood heater( also has a reverse cycle heater) in the lounge/ dining area. View of countryside is spectacular and the cottage was very comfortable and very clean. A short drive to the town centre but would be an easy walk in warmer weather. I highly recommend as the owners are a pleasure to deal with.

We were here for Christmas. I was able to cook a full Christmas lunch for our three person family without issue (the oven was gas, but very well maintained). The weather ended up being terrible, so we were stuck in the cabin more than we had planned to be. So very happy that it had everything we needed. Really clean too. Will stay there again. We'll stocked.

The light over the bed flickered a bit, but I forgot to tell the manager. There was nothing wrong with the place really.

Mozzies/Insects in the garden (not a big deal) Tad expensive but dont complain given that its the holiday season. There isnt anything I disliked to be honest.

Great outside views and natural surroundings Birds are chirping and flowers are blooming beautifully. We stayed here with the use of a car, and the location is easy access to the famous landmark, the 12 Apostles of Great Ocean Road, 10 minutes away, and 5 minutes to the nearby town! Heating was available so we didn't have to deal with cold nights! The amenities are all there and comfortable. The kitchen is also equipped with cooking facilities, making it a great place for a family to stay!

I slept in a room with a small window here, but the curtains were not washed regularly and the house dust reacted with my throat and I couldn't stop coughing.
